I had came in looking for a cleaner and was looking up and down the shelf , and the product wasn't available. This rating isn't about not having a product , but how as a customer, I was treated. One of the reps had helped a women customer out as I was still looking for product and didn't bother to see if I needed help. She had walked, cast me and started to ask the gentleman at the counter as I was about to ask for help myself. She engaged me and asked me at that point. But rather finishing with the customer and coming back to me , she went to sip on her soda behind a counter at the end that as she never engaged me. Once the manager saw that I was looking for her rep, she immediately ask if I needed help. The representative never stopped the manager to say I am helping this customer out. This is just purely based on customer service.

Nancie was nice and very respectful. She helped me change my battery with out no fuss at all. I was surprised and really gave me a different outlook to not judge a book by its cover. She is very knowledgeable but also knew what she was doing. I appreciate the speedy work but also the fact she was careful with my vehicle and treated it as if it was her own. Humberto did an awesome job! He greeted me when I walked in. Asked me if I needed help with anything, once I told him what I needed. He brought out the parts for me, quick, friendly and fast he got me in and out., Will be coming to this autozone more often! Great customer service! Highly recommend coming to this autozone!

I came in due to my car not turning on and having to jump start it every time. Nancy was able to help me and diagnose that it was a bad battery. She also told me the battery I previously purchased from this store was still under warranty. Overall it was a great experience and the reason I keep coming back to the store for all my vehicle needs.
