Eco-friendly water recycling technology
Our water reclamation system captures and filters up to 99% of the water used in every wash, so we can use as little as 20 gallons per car. Our soaps are eco-friendly and biodegradable (though we never discharge our soaps into storm drains). Plus, we conserve energy by using LED lights throughout our car wash. We’re a Green Certified Car Wash and proud of it.

Every time I asked about it, I was told it was something only corporate could fix, so I eventually gave up trying. Today I stopped by the Auburn location and met Bashi. In less than two minutes, he fixed a problem that had been lingering for months. Just like that, I was finally able to use the services I’ve been paying for all along. What impressed me even more was how he handled it. Bashi was professional, patient, kind, and genuinely invested in finding a solution. He made it look effortless while still keeping everything around him running smoothly. I don’t know if he’s a manager, but he certainly has the skills to be one. Great customer service is becoming harder and harder to find, and Bashi is exactly the kind of employee every company hopes to have. Quick Quack Auburn, you’ve got a star on your team. If you don’t promote him, I might have to recruit him myself!

Our car wash is fast, clean, easy and convenient. A Team Member will greet you and guide you onto the conveyor. Once in position, shift into neutral, remove your foot from the brake and take your hands off the wheel. Your vehicle is safely and automatically pulled through multiple cleaning stages—including eco-friendly soaps, rinses, shine and drying—all in 3 minutes or less.

No. Our innovative wash technology is safe and effective. We use gentle hand cut soft cloth wraps and pH-balanced soaps designed to protect your car’s finish while effectively removing dirt and grime. And our friendly Team Members are happy to assist you at anytime during your car wash experience.
Are there any vehicle or accessory restrictions?
Most standard vehicles can go through our wash, but we cannot accommodate the following: • Vehicles taller than 7 feet 2 inches • Tire widths over 13.5 inches • Dually trucks • Vehicles with bike racks or certain hitches • Trucks with debris in the bed • Vehicles with hardened mud • Vehicles with storage pods or ladder racks If you’re unsure, our Team Members can inspect your vehicle for wash eligibility.
