  We had the pleasure of going to Tommy's for an oil change while we were in town and everyone was so kind & welcoming. Nathan at the front desk answered so many questions and they even have a system where they will take a picture of what is wrong with your car so they can show it to you and explain it. They care about their customers and are fair & honest. I would never go anywhere else!

  These guys are great! I had a 2001 GMC pickup that would not blow cold a/c. Nathan explained what they needed to do for diagnostics and what action they would take. the outcome was just as he thought and now the A/C is nice and cold! Many thanks for making a hot summer much more comfortable!

  Tommy and his crew have been taking care of our family fleet of cars for years now. They are honest and fair and we won't take our vehicles to anyone else for maintenance and repairs. We also own a RV repair business and send many of our customers to Tommy's for engine and chassis work. This is the best shop in SLO county by far!!

  These guys are the best. They are willing to spend the time explaining the issues and exploring options. They have been nothing but patient with all my questions and professional in all my dealings. I love that they provide clear work orders electronically, via text - it makes business with them seamless, plus they partner with a bank for 0% interest/6 months for financing - also a seamless process integrated directly into the work order. They are accommodating and always positive and kind in all my interactions with them. I’ve worked with both Kevin and Nathan and they’ve both been so polite and professional. Thank you Tommy’s team!
