  Thank you Tire Choice for being there when my daughter needed you. It was close to closing and when she was stuck, you came to her to help replace a tire so she could get to your store to purchase a new one. You went above and beyond. Thank you!

  First time getting my oil changed with this company and I really liked that they checked my car all the way through and let me know what need it to be changed or replaced and if you decline the service they aren't pushing you and making you feel like you have to. They informed me as to what they found and asked if I needed to get it done ASAP or I had time to get money together since it was a bigger part and they gave me an answer without making me feel like I didn't know what was going on with my car. love the fact that on your receipt they put what was found and how much it's going to cost you to get it done. They had great service and I had a great experience with them.

  DO NOT EVER GO HERE, especially if you don’t know the right questions to ask! I had a flat tire, and they helped me out, but I’d never go back to them again since they took my money for something that didn’t need to be replaced to make a buck. They didn’t tell me until after I’d paid that they had to replace the valve! So I spent money on a new tire, when I could have just replaced the valve!

  I have been coming here consistently for many years, bc I am nearby, and they always get my car tuned up etc in a timely manner, or drop/pick me up from home, while they work on my car. However, I've never written a review till now, but bc of AUSTIN'S awesome knowledge and customer service, I decided I needed to go on the record!! He was SO kind, courteous, and knowledgeable in re to my tires, rotors and pads. I was only there for the standard 5K service, but I had questions on the service done, and the suggested services needed in the near future. He took the time to explain it all, and even rechecked one rotor measurement. So I would feel more comfortable knowing what was really going on. Turns out I'm good (or rather my car is) for awhile. But it made all the difference in the world to me, that a younger person would take the time to provide the customer service, and piece of mind, we would all like to receive, but that most places are lacking in their younger employees. PLS keep Austin as part of your team, as he will most def ADD to your overall performance!! TY again Austin, you eased my mind, and made me feel good about continuing to service my car here!!
