  The service was great. I was greeted the minute I pulled up, and despite being third in line, I was pulled into the bay within about five minutes. I was able to stay in my car while they did the oil change, which was nice. The gentleman was very kind and helpful. He also washed my windshield and back window while I waited. The price for the service was originally around $130-$140, but the woman in the car next to me had an extra coupon for $28 off, so the total service ended up being less than $100 after removing the air filter service (we can replace it ourselves). I very much appreciate the service they provide, but it is quite pricey. I can go to Walmart and pay the same amount without a coupon. But of course, I cannot go to Walmart and get immediate service because now you need an appointment and most of the time they’re at least a week out. I understand that you’re paying for quick and immediate service. But again if you’re on a budget Or on a fixed income, that price is gonna be challenging. Otherwise, I thought The service was fantastic!

  They overcharged and stole cash from my change compartment. Not change. Bills. I just realized now. This happened friday. They also went through my console. A phone charger was sticking out and was tucked in when I got home. Disabled all of the safety buttons, parking assist, lane change, etc. I'm glad I don't rely on them solely. Wanted $60 for a cabin air filter. I got a Bosch for $23 on Amazon. I'm really disgusted and disappointed. I've been three of my cars there for years. Not anymore. The brakes were necessary, or maybe not. I kept the old pads. Should have kept the rotors. I'm going to get some opinions on whether they were in the red or not. To top it off , the email comes back and deliverable. They ask me for my license plate to investigate. But I've sent the email twice, and it's come back undeliverable..

  The best place to get an oil change . I took my own Mobil 1 oil and filter they only charge me 54.99 to change it . The technician also checked all the fluids in the engine compartment.

  I'm surprised you guys sent me link to leave a review I probably would have not sent it to me! I got there you guys tried to pull every trick in the book try to upsell me for filters and issues with my pan and in the end I just told your crew go ahead and shut the hood I don't need any work done today I went from getting an oil change at your place and you trying to upsell me your oil change was $150 and I took it to the company I normally go to and they charged me 79 and they changed everything so I wouldn't recommend you guys if you were the last oil changing company on planet Earth I would give you zero Stars and I would recommend people run especially old people and women who have no clue what you guys are trying to do scam artists!
