8/31/26 Sam A. Was very disrespectful to me today over a penny. I know it is just a penny, but it was mine. Sam A withheld my penny and I asked for it. He did not want to give it to me so I said forget it and was leaving. As I was walking out he said I can find my penny on the floor. So I went back in and demanded my penny. So then he announced to the whole store that I wanted my penny trying to embarrass me or something. I don't know. But the point is he did not have to disrespect me as a customer over a penny. As a customer I deserve my change no matter the amount. To tell me I can find my penny on the floor was out of line especially as a manager in a grey shirt. Then to announce out loud to the whole store that I want my penny was double out of line. Then when he finally got me my penny. Instead of placing it in my hand he tossed it on the counter. Triple out of line. The penny was not a big deal but the disrespect was a big deal. I reported this incident to AutoZone. Also I am disabled with mobility issues, it has been 9 years since I could bend down and pick up a penny. For Sam A. to say I could get my penny on the floor was just an extra insult to mu injury.

I accidentally bought the wrong part and lost my receipt! I went in with low hopes, but was saved! Grant showed me he was able to pull up the purchase through my phone number, and Efren was right there to finalize everything for us so quickly. (I guess there was authorization needed or something). But 5 Stars for these two helping me out! Great guys and great store!

I needed to do a battery test for my car after it died. Deago M did the test for us. I ended up getting a new battery, but he helped me pick a right battery, and also he switched the old battery to a new one. Deago was super nice and very helpful!

My battery was dead and engine light on; the lady assisted me with the battery and no codes came back from engine light. Deago assisted me with installing the new battery and he was so great at explaining everything to me; very hot out and he took his time and awesome customer service for sure from all the staff but mainly Deago!!
