  Very unprofessional and one of the service representative doesn’t even speak English to communicate. So don’t go to this place they rip you off and their prices are very high as well .

  I have been use Antioch location to rent a car any time I needed, they are very friendly and helpful, I had a very bad experience with the San Ramon location, however that is not going to change my good opinion about the Antioch location and definitely I will continue using the service from them.

  Everyone who helped me were extremely polite from my pick-up to my car delivery and all business in-between was handled sufficiently and timely and I felt well taken care of thanks to Shah he's a good guy and Makala was extremely helpful and even more sweet and Cushan was extremely helpful and got me in and out , I really enjoyed the environment these super stars created and I can say it wasn't just for me I saw a consistent positive attitude from all whome encounter this team I'd recommend a raise immediately for all 3 ASAP

  The Enterprise location in Antioch has been the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. When I first rented my car, they didn’t have the vehicle I reserved, so they had me come back to swap it. Later, that vehicle needed maintenance, so they had me swap again. Then they put me in a larger vehicle and charged me an extra $15 per day, telling me it was temporary. When I went back to exchange it for a comparable car, Makayla and the manager told me they couldn’t swap my vehicle anymore because I had “too many swaps.” That makes no sense because the previous swaps happened due to Enterprise’s lack of available vehicles and maintenance issues, not because of me. If a rental car needs maintenance or the branch can’t provide the vehicle that was reserved, why should the customer be penalized? The staff couldn’t explain the policy, only kept saying they couldn’t do it. Very disappointing customer service. I won’t be renting from this Antioch location again.

  The customer service was very professional. Even dough they didn't have what I wanted. They took time to try and fine what I wanted and I appreciate them for that. Keep up the good work.
