  I recently rented a SUV from Thursday morning to Sunday morning(Antioch, CA), and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment I walked into Enterprise, I was greeted with smiles, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. A huge thank you to Makala, who truly leads by example. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. Her leadership was evident throughout the office. I’d also like to recognize Malik, Gavin, Cushan, Juiwan, and Gabby the newest team member. Also, the maintenance staff outside. Every single person was friendly, respectful, welcoming, and genuinely seemed happy to help. It’s refreshing to walk into a business where the entire team works so well together. One moment that really stood out was watching Makala handle a difficult potential customer. She remained calm, professional, and treated the situation with grace and respect. Seeing that level of patience and leadership spoke volumes about her character and the culture she’s created within her team. The positive atmosphere made what could have been an ordinary car rental feel like an exceptional customer service experience. It’s rare to find a team that truly cares about their customers the way this one does. Thank you again, Makala, Jerrod, Malik, Gavin, Cushan, Juiwan, Tamana, and Gabby, for making my experience such a pleasant one. I’ll definitely be returning to this Enterprise location for future rentals and highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding service!

  Went in to ask for help the lady at the front desk was so rude and not helpful and unprofessional when asking about cars she said we have none look when they had cars in the parking lot mind you we looked online right after and saw some available overall I wouldn’t come here or at least to this location again

  I had an exceptional experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Upon returning my rental, they offered to drive me to my nearby final destination which would have saved me the cost of an Uber. Their customer-first approach made me feel genuinely valued, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Next time I come to Antioch, I will definitely arrange my rental with them.

  I haven't had to rent a car in years.. Jarrod Revoredo, the assistant manager made it such a easy and pleasant experience. Good rate, nice vehicle and above all exceptional customer service!! 👌

  If you have to get a Rent-A-Car, this is the place to get it. Every couple of years it seems like I need one and every time I go the staff is top-notch. Be aware they are very busy. They have a lot of cars, so make a reservation.
