I had a bad experience at a different AutoZone and they failed to help me resolve the issue. So I called this AutoZone and explained what happened. The service tech Marcus told me to come down and helped me out by trying to correct the error made by the other store. He is personable, knowledgeable and and has excellent customer service skills! The manager, Aracelli, was also extremely helpful and made me feel heard and helped. She is an outstanding employee! AutoZone should be proud to have her managing their store. She acknowledged the error made by the other store and did her best to help me get it fixed. Although my car is still not working due to this error done during a battery swap, I am hopeful I can get it rightly corrected. Still no contact from the district manager or even a call back by the manager at the other AutoZone that failed to help me resolve the problem .

My sister and I were able to come here after getting our car jumped by roadside asst. and when I had called the location to see if they had was I needed (a new car battery) they were able to look up several different ones available in their location! I arrived and Autumn (the gal who helped me over the phone) and a gentleman (whom I can’t remember his exact name, could be Marcus or Morris? I’m sorry) were very helpful in assisting us getting our battery! They suggested these little pads for corrosion for the battery thing and helped me pick a nice little snack haha (it was a rather rough day, and they made it a very nice visit). AND the gentleman installed the battery for us!!! We were so blessed to have had the staff be as amazing as they were! I’m actually from the Orangevale area but was in this area for something and the staff here make me want to return here for my other auto needs!

I want to give a huge thank you to Marcus I. at AutoZone for going above and beyond to help me when my car wouldn’t start. He came out in 95-degree weather to give my car a jump while I had my 3 kids with me. He didn’t have to do that, but he took the time to help us when we really needed it. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help meant so much to me and my kids. People like Marcus deserve to be recognized for going the extra mile. Thank you so much, Marcus I., for your kindness—you truly made a stressful situation a lot easier! ❤️
