  Bought an new air conditioner 1 1/2 years ago with a 2 year warranty and the compressor failed. They would not honor the warranty because they clamed they were unable to bench test it (literally one wire to the controller- a testing station could be built in 30 min). Their service dept is lazy or enept. With no other choice, I bought another new air cond and the manager quoted me full retail price even though it was on sale on the Camping World website- very dishonest. We were at the store I told them I would just buy online and the manager stated we would have to wait 2 hours for pickup- nasty people. I'll never do business at this store again if it can be helped.

  We went in for a VIP experience and it was a pretty good overall experience. The campers that they showed us was great and they have more than enough selection. We are still on the fence if we want to get one or not, but we know that if we are going to get it, we will get it from this establishment. Professional and transparent

  Please camping world was an amazing experience. Had an abundance of camping trailers, and the sales person who gave us a tour of all of the trailers was knowledgeable and amazing. Our introduction to camping and where we’re not aware that it could be as expensive as it is!

  Ian and his colleague [Shane I think] went above and beyond to help in a conundrum. I had backed into a spot with a heavy tree overhanging and one of the vent lids was shattered. It was going to rain and I do not travel with a ladder [now I may] to get on the roof to put the new one on. Service was closed on Sunday [things always happen on Sundays or Fridays lol] and Ian - who works in parts, was all in to help fix the lid and also the vent pipe that had snapped off; amazing help and so thankful for them all.

  I had a little bit mixed opinions about camping world.. I think the sales people can be a little intrusive. but I had my RV in there after a little fender bender on the freeway and the insurance company kept sending a payout when the estimate hadn't even been completed.. well upon their evaluation the collision department found the frame was bent!! and they had to do a total loss on the camper. I'm so glad they found the damage and I didn't end up with a messed up trailer that I still had 9 years of payments on, I'm very grateful!!
