  I’ve rented from SIXT Anaheim many times, and it continues to be one of the best locations to rent a car. The cars are always very clean, smell great, and they have a nice selection from regular vehicles to more upscale options. You can also find some really good deals. Aizaz is wonderful to work with. He is patient, professional, and genuinely wants to make sure you are happy with your rental. He takes the time to answer your questions, walks you to the car, and makes sure you are comfortable with the vehicle before you leave. He never makes you feel rushed and always makes sure you receive what you paid for. There are many great employees at this location, but I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by Aizaz several times, and his customer service is always excellent. If you rent from SIXT Anaheim and have the opportunity to work with him, you will be well taken care of. Highly recommend this location and Aizaz!

  The car was nice and the pickup and dropoff were smooth. The guy that helped me (I forgot his name sorry 🙏 he wore glasses if that helps) was really kind and helpful, and was that rare type of person that is actually really pleasant to interact with. I hadn't heard of Sixt before, but I booked through Capital One rewards and they were the cheapest option, even for elite cars. Just a minor thing for Sixt in general (not specifically this location) - the day after returning it, I got an email that my return was overdue. I talked with support and they let me know it can take 24-48 hrs for it to update. I got an email a few hours later that the return was processed and was indeed turned in on time. Just a heads up if that confuses anyone else.

  Paid for refueling upon return to this location. They then charged me $118 for “refueling” again. I used a quarter tank of gas and already paid for it. The two employees who were working were also rude

  Came here to enquire on car availability as I am rather particular on the car and model I drive. Met with Johnny who very patiently answered my 1001 questions. He even kindly offered to help reserve the model for me if I were to book it. Excellent service!
