  Aizaz at SIXT Anaheim has been excellent to work with. He stood out for being thoughtful, responsive, and proactive throughout the process. We had been looking for a BMW X5 for our family, and despite limited availability, he kept us updated, stayed on top of the search, and let us know as soon as the right vehicle became available. What I appreciated most was his combination of customer focus and practical problem-solving. He communicated clearly, handled the swap smoothly, and has continued to be helpful after delivery, including offering convenient service options for the upcoming oil change. He also brings a calm, solutions-oriented approach that is not always easy to find. Overall, a very strong example of customer service and business leadership. Thank you, Aizaz.

  There are a couple of rental places within a couple of blocks. I chose this location due to the types of vehicles they offered. Service was quick and easy, and I got the vehicle I was expecting. Would highly recommend.

  This branch was truly amazing & super helpful. Shoutout to Johnny & Aizaz for helping me and my friend find a rental after being delayed and having a horrible experience with their customer service line. Those two truly went above and beyond and they were super friendly. As Johnny says; there are still good men out there!!!
