  Came in early in the morning and was attending asap. My vehicle wheel bearing needed to be replaced and was attended and serviced in exceptional timing.

  We went on a week long trip to Disneyland. It was a 2 car ride. With me in my car was my 2 8 yrs. old granddaughters. In the other vehicle was my sis in law, niece and great niece. Unfortunately, my vehicle failed me and broke down on the grapevine. It had to be towed. My niece searched for an auto repair shop. She narrowed it down to One Way based on the excellent reviews. We arrived about 2 mins. before closing. My sis in law and niece rushed inside as an employee was coming to lock up. He noticed me and the 3 little ones in the car and the tow truck driver in the road with my vehicle. The employee that noticed us was Jose. I told him my terrible situation. He now knew we were here until Friday for a Disneyland vacation. I expressed to him how I wanted to get home in my own car. He assured me that he would contact me the next day with the diagnosis. We left feeling confident in our decision to leave the car in their care. The following day, Jose called. My engine had seized and my starter burnt out. I was devastated. I knew it would be impossible to get my vehicle repaired by Friday. I, again, complained about wanting to get home in my own car. He said they would need at least a week. I was crushed. He then said he would try his best and see what they could do. Welp! Jose turned out to be a huge blessing. He called me on Thursday after and told me my car was ready! I was grateful, appreciative and in disbelief. THEY GOT MY CAR'S NEW ENGINE AND STARTER IN AND THE CAR UP AND RUNNING IN JUST UNDER 2 DAYS! I know the had to move things around to get me my car back by Friday. They did the impossible. I am so glad my niece found them. Shout out to Eli who helped my sis in law and niece when they went inside. This place surpassed any auto repair shop I have had to ever use. Customer service is top tier!

  Came in with a broken wheel stud and they were able to get me in and out within an hour! Excellent service, nice waiting area with comfy couches and free coffee and soda. Highly recommend!

  Jose helped me out with my vehicle. They did an oil change and inspection and i was really happy with the service
