  We had a great experience! We flew to San Diego, rented a car for a day for $88 and drove it to see Balboa Park and then family nearby. Then, we drove to LA and stayed at the Hilton Anaheim hotel near Disney. This location is like a block away from Disney and the Hilton Anaheim hotel. I filled up the gas tank and returned the car. I can’t imagine what the Uber cost would have been for the 3 rides: San Diego Airport to Balboa Park, Balboa Park to Suburbs, Suburbs to LA/Anaheim. All for $88 (plus gas).

  Go anywhere but here, slow, unprofessional. Made reservation weeks in advance, but was not allowed to rent the car because I didnt have a flight home. I was told this after they put a $600 hold on my account. I said I was driving home not fluing but that didnt matter and also the hold stayed on my money for 4 days. So I had to change plans due to them having my money, missed a show and wasted 2 more hours getting another car. My plans should not decide if I'm allowed to rent a car or not. Just so everyone knows avais and hertz will gladly rent you a car and take your money without getting into personal business. Go anywhere but here, Uber, walk, take a bus, crawl. Anything but this place. And they also said they didnt run my card but my account showed they did and the answer from the guy was "I dont know" and walked off.

  They share locations so review for both. Couldn't even cal me to tell me not to come for a reservation. Got dropped off no ride no nothing and said there was no car for me. Not even an apology or ride back home. Worst customer service and seems like this is done often based on reviews.

  Excellent customer service and Excellent vehicle been doing 10 month rental terms here for 2 years now they always make thingscm easy for me and always make sure that I have the vehicle type I need.
