  If you’re in the market to buy a new or used truck, do yourself a favor and contact Woody Rogers in Sales. He is not your standard car salesman, he is the most experienced qualified salesperson you will ever encounter. Ask him anything about the vehicle and he will answer your question without hesitation. I asked Woody for help setting up the super cruise, and without any hesitation he was able to take time to make sure I set to go. Harden GMC has outstanding customer service. Thanks for being a “Top Notch Customer Service Provider”.

  Never had a problem with this dealer before until now. Sean in service department is a rude guy who doesn’t want to deal with customers. Dominique Hernandez is the manager of service and she doesn’t care about anything but to charge you about everything, really bad person to deal with.

  I went here last year near late September to purchase 2023 suburban lt 4wd at the beginning it was a nice place and environment but when I went to get my deposit halfway back they called me saying the vehicle had been sold so I tried to call the sales person that had helped us but someone else picked up and said they had gone for the day but after repeatingly calling them they finally picked up and said "Someone had came agreed to the numbers and bought the car from them (the sales person)" in the span of 45 minutes meanwhile the car had been listed for a good amount of time then they tried to sell us a different suv none the less would not recommend going here because of this poor experience
