  Unacceptable customer service and shocking disrespect to a loyal customer. ​I rented a car from Phoenix to take my two daughters to a volleyball tournament. On I-10, the car started shaking violently and a tire dropped to 25 PSI. Corporate customer service was great—they told me to go to this location for a quick, even exchange for a safe, fuel-efficient vehicle. ​That’s where it went downhill. When I declined a large truck due to gas mileage, an older employee named Dave (thinking I couldn’t hear him) said "Well, don't rent to them then." I was standing right there and called him out. He looked shocked he got caught being so incredibly rude. ​To make it worse, the manager, Manny Villa Jr., tried to excuse the behavior by telling me Dave "is not a front-facing employee." That is a ridiculous excuse for treating paying customers like garbage. Manny didn't even apologize until I forced the issue. ​While the car was eventually swapped the next day, the toxic attitude and lack of accountability at this branch are appalling. If you value being treated with basic respect, avoid this location.

  Shout out to Sara. Being the only one working the desk when I got in, she was still able to get me on the road within minutes. Even with me walking into the office 2 minutes before closing, she greeted me with a smile and got me in my rental with professionalism and courtesy. She even recommended a coffee shop for the area I'm going to be at for the weekend. Thanks again Sara. You rock!

  Horrifying experience!!! I waited and waited and waited! One employee at the counter to handle a long line. Each customer takes quite a long time. They need more employees! ***ALSO*** beware! They are not in the digital age yet. ***They only take physical credit cards*** THEY DON’T HAVE APPLE PAY!!!!! I got stranded there and they were of no help… I asked “ can I put the $300 (only $350 credit available ) on a credit card and pay the $85 rental fee in cash or with my debit card “ NO No accommodation whatsoever and absolutely 0 concern.
