- MFMaria FloresApr 3, 20261.0Same thing as another review. Got a rental car from insurance while my car was in repair. The guy told me I needed to leave $100 deposit. He did not say he was going to charge anything else. When I returned the vehicle I asked about it and he acted like if I was dumb, because supposably he did tell me which he did not, I am not stupid. So I argued That I couldn't have agreed for that charge since the insurance was taking care of that and I wouldn't put any out of pocket money for something that wasn't my fault. He refunded $30 plus my deposit plus supposably for returning 2 days early. But then the next day I checked my account and I received the refund, but I also got charged $145 for who knows what because I have called and no one knows what the charge is for. I was supposed to receive a call back and still haven't! This place charges our card without authorization and then claims they had notified us. Be carefull! Don't rent here.
