What they lack in inventory and creature comforts for waiting guests is partially made up by their attentiveness to customers, and the fact that they actually have rental cars in a place one might think is an abandoned business. They aren't flashy, but they get down to the nuts and bolts of renting cars without any issue. Don't be fooled by its incredibly bizarre location. This rental agency is legit.

They also picked me up from the repair shop and returned me to the repair shop after I return the rental. They should be commended for a job well done!

- ETErika TuriJul 2, 20261.0Avoid this location. While the reservation and pickup processes were easy, we were incorrectly charged for an extra day of rental and insurance. Upon pickup, the representative told us to return the vehicle by parking it and leaving the keys in the drop box because the location would be closed the rest of the week. We followed these instructions. When I discovered the overcharge, I repeatedly attempted to contact the branch during their listed business hours, but no one answered. I finally called the main Enterprise customer service line and spoke with a representative who informed me that this specific location has received numerous similar complaints regarding overcharging. Moving forward, I will use other rental locations.
