  Avoid this location. While the reservation and pickup processes were easy, we were incorrectly charged for an extra day of rental and insurance. Upon pickup, the representative told us to return the vehicle by parking it and leaving the keys in the drop box because the location would be closed the rest of the week. We followed these instructions. When I discovered the overcharge, I repeatedly attempted to contact the branch during their listed business hours, but no one answered. I finally called the main Enterprise customer service line and spoke with a representative who informed me that this specific location has received numerous similar complaints regarding overcharging. Moving forward, I will use other rental locations.

  I had fantastic service from some amazing people. Both Jackson and Lindsey are the reason why all my future rentals will be from Enterprise. Thanks for everything

  The battery died on the car I was given and I had to go to another enterprise to get a new rental in the middle of my vacation. No upgrades offered, no discount offered for the inconvenience whatsoever just, “Here’s another car.” Because roadside assistance had to come out to me to assess the vehicle when it wouldn’t start, Enterprise added a charge to my bill for roadside assistance which I had to convince the clerk when I returned that I shouldn’t be charged for. He finally relented after much discussion.

  This place was pretty good and I recently had a very great experience with them and will rent again... 👍🏻 The big new Jeep was very nice too 😁
