Horrible, reserved a vehicle for Saturday June 27th had a confirmation number. Called in Saturday to verify car was available and was told no they rented it out. Reason "We were busy" Arrived Sunday and was told our vehicle is being cleaned. All the previous ethnicities were given their vehicle. Very interesting.
So was told because our rental was a smaller vehicle,that was the issue. If that's the case then why was the reservation confirmed.
The reservation was under the name of Ricky Garcia, you can look it up in your system. Should be simple.

Absolutely terrible experience with Enterprise. We specifically booked a larger vehicle weeks in advance because we’re traveling with young kids and needed space for multiple car seats and a stroller. That was the entire reason for the reservation.
When we arrived, they gave us a much smaller car that couldn’t even fit our car seats properly, let alone our stroller. It made the car completely unusable for our family.
We called immediately to fix it, and they just told us they didn’t have the vehicle we reserved despite us booking well in advance. No solution, no urgency, just “nothing available.”
Now we’re stranded without a car that works for our kids, and because of the World Cup and events at Disneyland in Anaheim, every other rental place is fully booked. We can’t just go somewhere else last minute.
To make things worse, they didn’t offer a proper refund, and this situation is now costing us hundreds of dollars out of pocket.
If you’re traveling with kids and need space for car seats or a stroller, do NOT trust Enterprise to honor your reservation.

Disgusting, dirty, filthy, car rentals give to the customers, clients members. Let's not forget the sneaky extra added charges they throw in at least at the Pixar Hotel one. Then on top of all this then having to deal with prideful attitudes. Unacceptable..... They get 0000 star's as they should. Unfortunately you have to at least give 1 start to submit the review for everyone must be aware of there disgusting filthy dirty car rentals. So I had to give 1 star opposed to giving none 0000000.......
Recently had rental from LAX to Disneyland, kept car for 3 days and drop off at Pixar location. Unfortunately although great staff at LAX and standard upgrade it took 3 attempts to find a car and then on arrival to Disneyland the engine bay started smoking. Lifting hood found no engine oil cap. I think if id gone much further it could have ignited. Took multiple attempts to get through to help line but they did organise AAA to collect within the hour. Unfortunately they tried to replace the car in 2 days which would have been my return date and spoilt my vacation plans. Instead they organised an uber (took 2 attempts and an hour) to take me to John Wayne Airport for replacement. Unfortunately they could only give me a much lower grade that I paid for. But I had no choice. Staff were great but mega stressed. Car was ok but no Sat nav and much smaller. Dropping off at Pixar was handy and Disney staff did say they have key drop off at reception as the rental office worked random hours. I wanted to check refund in place so got in early on drop off day. Again staff great but stressed as it seemed they didn't have enough cars for the 3 people waiting to collect! They could not confirm anything with my complaint as apparently they run on a separate system. Not great. I did get what seemed to be a good refund of being charged for just 2 of the days rental but they still charged for the GPS that was their or alter the price to the downgraded car. Can't fault the staff at the offices but seem they get little support from leadership. If I went again I would use different company and utilise uber for a close drop off location rather than Pixar place. I do feel for the office staff and cannot fault their attempts at good customer service.

We had an excellent experience with the team at Enterprise. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole rental process quick and stress-free. The vehicle was very clean, comfortable, and ready on time. They explained everything clearly and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. The location in the Pixar Hotel was super convenient for our family trip. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Disneyland or the Anaheim area.
