- EEer e5 days ago1.0Very disappointing experience with CarTrackers. They offered me $36,750 for my car in writing. When I showed them another company was willing to try to get me $37,800, instead of simply telling me they couldn't beat it, they suddenly told me their “best” was now only $35,000 — $1,750 LESS than their own previous offer. I don't understand how showing a higher competing offer makes my car suddenly worth $1,750 less. If they couldn't compete with the other offer, they could have simply said so. This completely changed my impression of the company and made the negotiation feel like a game. I have the messages documenting the offers.
