The funds were deposited into my bank account within 5 minutes when I dropped off the car. Couldn’t have gone any smoother. I highly recommend Car Trackers.
- MSMichael SchwerterJul 10, 20261.0These guys are the worst company to deal with. Kia and Hamza are completely unreliable. I was helping my mom sell her car, and these guys made an offer. They then decreased the offer by 3,500 once we locked in to working with them. We reluctantly agreed so we didn't have to start over somewhere else. They then told us they cancelled the contract they sent us because they needed to send a new contract. After that they went completely silent. They didn't answer the dealership phone, the phone they would text us one. They would only text saying they'd call back, or get the new contract out right away. This is after Kia gave his word that they'd close after a contract is signed. I'd recommend staying clear of these guys. They'll try to hook you in with a good initial offer, to then lower it once you agree to work with them. Blessing in disguise is I ended up pulling together a better offer for my mom at the last minute when these guys went radio silent.

Definitely would not want to work with them again. The guy name was Asif Qureshi and I have worked with many many dealerships before and nobody is disrespectful and try to cherry pick the problem of your car. You just know they are desperate for even couple hundred or even a thousand dollar. Especially for a wholesale dealership 0/10 experience. Complete waste of time. They do not work with retail buyers only selling it to auction. Do not waste your time even just to sell your car to them.
