  My son, David, and I met Jasper yesterday, and he made our car rental return experience easy. He went above and beyond and provided amazing customer service. He answered all our questions and made sure everything went smoothly. Kudos to his efficiency and professionalism. I highly recommend this car rental place!

  We prepaid gas to not have to worry about refilling in L.A. They gave us a car that was almost empty, so we had to return to the location to deal with that. The manager settled on filling the car, refunding the $80 gas fee and knocking 40% off our rental. Great, nice bit of customer service...except none of that happened. Fully charged, including a booster seat that was never provided, when looking at the CC bill (car returned after hours) weeks later. It was only a 2 day rental, so not a huge charge anyway, but understand what you're dealing with. Other than that, no complaints.

  Couldn't even cal me to tell me not to come for a reservation. Got dropped off no ride no nothing and said there was no car for me. Not even an apology or ride back home. Worst customer service
