  Great experience at Valvoline! Everyone was super friendly, professional, and efficient. They got my oil change done quickly, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process so easy. I really appreciated how helpful and welcoming the staff was. Definitely recommend and will be coming back!

  Last time I went they forgot to tighten all of the valve stem caps and I lost one of them on the way home. They also prematurely wore out two of my tires because they somehow couldn't tell that one pair's tread depth was lower than the others, and rotated the front with the rear anyway. I didn't want to say anything because I felt like I would be telling the techs how to do their job. Couldn't get the tires replaced under warranty because of this. When I used to go here they also often suggested that I get the front differential fluid changed (my car is RWD by the way, the techs can tell when they go underneath the car), always ignore my request to not add tire pressure because I already have my own air compressor for that, and would just add more air even though they have gauges that could check if they don't believe me.

  I pulled up this morning to take care of my daughter's car. Blake was absolutely helpful and very professional at Valvoline. The process is so simple and fast here. My daughter needed an oil change, brake light replacement and a few other things. I loved that I could just go in and not spend 2 to 3 hours like I usually do at the Toyota dealership. The service here was excellent and very efficient. I got to do a tire rotation without stepping out of my car!!! Thank you again to Blake for the friendly and helpful service.

  I was charged for full synthetic oil change which I asked for. Synthetic oil is typically good for at least 7500 miles which Google says it could be up to 15000 miles. My window sticker is telling me that I have change oil after 3000. So, did I get full synthetic oil? Or, …..? See photos.Today’s odometer reads 78,973 and the sticker 81,973. Went to the car dealer for years, paid even a bit less and got much more. Going back to the dealer. Other than that it was fast and courteous.
