I never have to wait more than a few minutes before getting service and often times they will tell me about a coupon I didn’t even know about trying to save me money. Highly recommend.

- HDH D3 days ago3.0I have come here for several years now for oil changes, but I unfortunately won't be coming back. My last oil change resulted in a loose oil filter and losing 2 quarts of oil, and on my most recent visit the tech unscrewed my coolant overflow cap while the car was hot and proceeded to cover my engine in hot coolant. Their solution to cleaning up the mess was to blow air on it. My car now reeks of coolant that will most likely require professional cleaning. Also, during my visit I witnessed two techs working in the engine bay with long hair and necklaces dangling into it. It is only a matter of time before there is a serious safety incident.

The team did a very thorough job, and I really appreciated the clear explanations they provided throughout the process. It was incredibly easy to talk to them—there was no hype and, most importantly, no high-pressure attempts to oversell me on things I didn't need. I want to give a special shout-out to Nick and the Service Manager for their professionalism. They made the whole visit seamless and stress-free. It’s rare to find a place that feels this honest and straightforward. I’ll definitely be back.
