I came in for an oil change after I accidentally added oil to my car and forgot to put the cap back on (oil everywhere – total stress). Lazaro was friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in, and I really appreciated that he quoted me prices after taxes. Chris was also great – he recommended a new filter and explained why, but didn’t push at all when I declined. I actually decided to buy it after thinking it over. Even checkout was smooth with Luis, who was super friendly. The guys even hosed down my engine for me! Lazaro, Chris, Luis, and George – you rock. Thanks for turning a stressful morning into a pleasant pit stop 🙌
