  This place has earned a customer for life. I was experiencing a minor family emergency, I have a baby, and realized I was getting a flat tire, it was later in the day and I saw they were open until 7pm. I called to ask if I could bring in the car and they could keep it over night and look at it the next morning. The manager told me to come right away. They took my car in right away and fixed the tire in 20 minutes. They have no idea how much it meant to me to get the family vehicle back on the road right away, I am so grateful. Next time I need new tires, I will definitely be going to Tire Choice in Albany.

  I have been a happy customer of this store for my tire needs. They sell tires (of course) and do a good job on that and don't try to sell you what you don't need. They have friendly and informative service. But even more important is what they do in-between when you need tires. When my gauges show one or more tires are low in pressure, I can take the car in and, for no cost and without waiting more than 5 minutes, get the pressure adjusted and tires inspected for problems. I have had this happen a few times and here is what has happened: 1) One time a tire had gotten a nail in it. But the repair consisted merely of removing the nail and making sure the tire was sealed properly. Cost to me: $0. 2) Just today I was back because after the pressure was adjusted properly about 5 weeks ago, it again showed low. I brought in the car and the problem was a rim leak. They did not try to sell me a new rim but instead cleaned up the rim and it held the pressure. Cost to me: $0. There are times when I do need new tires. When that occurs they are fair and honest.

  Really really top notch customer service. I have been here many times and on multiple occasions been offered complimentary services for check ups, patches, etc. When I did have a more complicated tire issue, I felt the price was fair and the service was fast and thorough. Would highly recommend.

  My 2018 VW Tiguan sensor indicated low pressure in one of my tires and I noticed a slow leak in the tire stem valve for the offending tire. I brought it into Tire Choice on a Sunday, a bit worried about having enough time for a planned family trip on the following day but my stress was quickly relieved when within minutes I received some of the best auto service I’ve ever had. Victor and crew put me at ease with a very quick assessment and were able to fix the faulty stem (it completely blew out when checked in the water!) — So appreciative of the friendly and fast service. Glad my family has found the shop we’ll bring our repairs to in the future!
