Tire Choice is absolutely the best! Victor was professional, helpful, and incredibly timely throughout the entire process. After getting a flat tire on Highway 80 and being turned away by two nearby shops, Tire Choice was kind enough to fit me into their schedule and had my tire repaired in no time. Outstanding customer service from the whole team. Thank you, Victor!
I had tires ordered online and tried to change my tires over the weekend but was told not in stock, came back the day and time they told me to and was told they can't do it and the guy seemed really determined that my tires wont be changed that day. Don't have the time to keep coming back just to hopefully someday change my tires. Will cancel my order and go somewhere else.

Awesome! I showed up on a recent morning w/ a screw in my tire. Another shop had said my tire couldn’t be patched, without really saying they’d look closer at it, wanting pretty early to sell me one or two tires, even though it was in middle of tire. I inquired a bit further, looked up for more options nearby. It felt funny. I came here then to Albany’s Tire Choice and they made no guarantee, but checked it out quickly, even though they were busy, and…patched it. When I showed up to pick it up, more good news! He said it would be free! Much appreciated:) Nice, honest, generous people.

I had a very disappointing experience at Tire Choice.
First, the appointment system feels misleading. I scheduled a time in advance and showed up as expected, but was still left waiting while walk-in customers who arrived before me were taken ahead of me. It really makes you question the point of setting an appointment if it doesn’t actually secure your place in line.
What made the experience worse was how I was treated after ordering my tires through Amazon. It felt very clear that customers paying the higher in-store installation price were given priority, while those of us who booked through Amazon were treated like we mattered less. That kind of treatment is frustrating and unprofessional.
On top of that, the manager’s behavior came across as disrespectful and discriminatory, which made the entire experience even more uncomfortable. No customer should feel that way when they’re simply trying to get a service they scheduled in advance.
Overall, between the lack of clarity around appointments, the apparent prioritization of certain customers, and the way I was treated, I would not recommend this location.
I was referred here by my tire warranty after I blew a tire hitting a pothole. It was a horrific experience. I arrive to no one at the counter. After about 10 minutes I knocked on the service bay door to get some help. Downhill from there.
The guy at the desk told me I would have to replace all tires. Not unexpected, and I had already cleared with the warranty that they would cover one of the tires. They just asked that the service center call them.
Well, after the kid at the desk told me, without much comprehension, that the warranty didn't apply, despite my clearing that with them first, I asked for the manager. I waited and waited.
When he finally arrived he was gruff, dismissive, and belligerent. He treated me like I was an idiot, angrily telling me that I needed to replace all 4 tires (which I knew already) and insisting that the warranty was for a single tire, not all four. When I tried explaining that it would cover the impacted tire and I paid the rest, he didn't even let me finish. What's more, when I said he should call the warranty provider as they requested, he cut me off, saying, "I'm not calling anyone!"
I told him I would take my business elsewhere and he told me to get lost and get out. It was a terrible experience that I hope never to repeat.
