  Went here tire people are suprisingly helpful and patient. Got my oil change done fast and it wasnt overpriced, definately coming back. Top spot

  Four of 20 of my lug nuts were stripped after shipping my winter tires here from TireRack to get them installed. I found out after I tried changing the wheels to my summers and they were impossible to remove. Instead of helping they were rude, ghosted refunding me and dismissed the whole thing. They tried to pretend they were doing me a favor to fix it but after a week I went to another stop and they fixed it properly. Save money and do not come here

  This was my fourth time. Very disappointed. I don't think I got all the service I paid for. I don't think the tires were rotated or the brakes inspected because there was no report on the brake condition. All the fluids were not topped off because the windshield washing water container was not filled. I had the windshield wipers replaced. The price charged was twice the price quoted. I was told that was because they used a better quality of wipers. They did not balance the tires but I was charged for this. They said that was an error but I had to wait for the manager to reverse the charge. Instead they offered me a free oil change for the next time which would be a year away . Have to wait a year to see if they will honor it.

  Great experience every time! Prices are reasonable and work is done very professionally. Note, this was for an oil change on my Audi.

  Call center said they had our tire and booked an appointment for us. When we showed up, the clerk said the tire is actually not available and that the call center mislead us to get us in the door. Waste of time.
