Easy to deal with and always pleasant, even when he’s busy. He’s a straightforward person and honest enough to tell me what I DONT need to do with my cars which most businesses will try to upsell.

- HTHangal TamirMay 7, 20261.0I brought my Audi in for a transmission diagnosis after it started shifting harshly and sometimes getting stuck in 6th gear. Instead of doing a proper inspection, the shop told me I needed a whole new transmission. They did not even remove the transmission pan to inspect the filter, fluid, gasket, or internal issue before making that recommendation. I decided not to approve the transmission replacement and inspected it myself. I later found the actual problem was a missing transmission filter O-ring — not a failed transmission. In my opinion, recommending a complete transmission replacement without properly checking the basics was careless and misleading. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop for transmission diagnosis.

Chris was kind enough to coordinate with the tire shop near by to get my vehicle there and back and all sorted and it made a pain of a task much easier. Thank you Chris and team for the continuous good experiences! I will continue to come here as long as I’m still living in the area!
