- TCTayler CatoOct 3, 20261.0The General Manager Zipeng Chen is racist!! I came there to rent a car that I had reserved. He asked for my ID then turned me away. Stating my address is out of range, but it was very much in the 50-mile radius. He didn't attempt to resolve my problem at all. He didn't ask for my debit card or anything, just turned me away. I called Enterprise over the phone after, they verbally told me that I was eligible to rent a car. I had all my documents proving my address was in range. I let them know that Zipeng was denying me outright. Enterprise rerouted my reservation to Oakland on Broadway, which is further from my house might I add, they reviewed all of my documents and allowed me to rent a car. Shoutout to Enterprise on Broadway in Oakland!!! Don't support the Enterprise on Blanding Ave in Alameda until they hire a new General Manager!!! I experienced outright racism here and don't wish that on anyone else.

- TTTamSep 10, 20261.0Went here a few times for insurance replacement rentals and had the same experience each time. If you're coming in on a claim, expect to be offered the worst car on the lot. I watched them tell another customer a full-size was available, then minutes later tell me every car was 'already scheduled' — with a lot full of parked cars right outside. Same class, same day, different answer depending on who's asking. They'll flat-out lie to your face about what's available. Insurance customers clearly get treated as second priority here. If you have a choice of branch, go somewhere else.
