Unfortunately, they didn't have my first choice available on the day of my reservation, but they quickly offered a smaller SUV instead. What really impressed me was how they adjusted the price and gave me an extra discount without any hassle. The service was excellent, especially from the young girl working there; she was friendly and professional. Overall, I was pleased with my rental experience and would definitely recommend this location for car rentals.

DREAD! Maybe they give great customer service to certain demographics?! the last two times that I went there this year (with my toddler in tow), it was such a hassle dealing with them. And I requested a compact car and I got a big fat VAN. I WISH THERE WERE ANOTHER CAR RENTAL OPTION IN THE CITY OF ALAMEDA!!!!!!!
