- AEAndEEE EspinozaMay 11, 20265.0Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They provide the best service each time and I know everything is getting checked on my vehicle. I'm always treated with respect, and I feel taken care of. I always go back to the same shop just for the experience and quality service. Oil change and filters changed, especially the AC cabin filter that gets overlooked at other places.

Initially said they had the oil I requested, then after draining said oops we don't and put a lighter oil in that ended up being bad for the engine, despite their assurances it wouldn't. Later I discovered that in order to get to the oil filter they ripped the wheel well liner off and destroyed the clips in the process. Just shoved the liner in the engine bay. And worst of all, they apparently unscrewed the oil pressure sensor to get to the filter and then didn't even screw it back in half way. Got a big oil leak from there. Ridiculous.
