  Had my 2004 trucks windshield replace this week at Safelite. They were excellent, took the time to get the right windshield, were flexible in making my appointment, The technician took the time to check my wiper blades and got me a discount price and replaced them. Took the time to tuck in my falling ceiling cloth and did a fantastic job replacing my windshield.

  I had a cracked windshield that needed to be replaced. I contacted Safelite and set an appointment to come out to my house for repair. Before my appointment, Fernando contacted me and let me know when he would arrive. Once he arrived he went to work and kept me informed every step of the way. My windshield looks great! I would recommend Safelite hands down. Im very happy with their work.

  Great experience from scheduling appointment for repair to completion of work. I called, left a message, received a call back within ten minutes.

  This place is great, the staff is great, and I've had several great experiences. ONLY reason this is 1 star is because when you call their YUMA phone number it takes you to an automated service menu. You select the option to speak to a representative, which then directs you to an AI customer service representative. You get past that and it connects you to a remote customer service agent who doesn't even work in this zip code. After they finally answer the phone they then have to contact the store themselves to ask for an update on your vehicle. What's the point of even listing a Yuma phone number? 30 minute phone call for 1 question that could have been answered by the nice lady in the front office in 30 seconds.
