  Horrible customer service went in today because I had reserved a midsize car I show up and there was no cars available. What is the point of making a reservation when you’re not going to reserve the vehicle for a customer but he didn’t want me to upgrade to an SUV and charge me more .crazy

  I tried renting a vehicle with my debit card. I showed my flight information, which their policy says should be accepted. People at the counter were very rude and refused to provide service to me, even though my father, who has an amputated leg, is in a wheelchair, and my mother had just received kidney surgery. I have come to realize that Enterprise is not customer-friendly at this airport, and I would never rent from them again. I also spoke with a customer service representative who said the policy doesn’t matter and that the manager has the final say. So when I asked him if I was being profiled, he ignored the question and refused to answer. This location is very unprofessional, and I would give it a zero-star review if I could
