  There is always a vehicle available for us, and we get a free upgrade when the vehicle we chose is not available.

  Very bad customer service and rude workers, no one ever answers the phone and they never have cars available, had a reservation in advance and they ended up not giving me the car 🚗 I wanted even though they said it be ready the day of pickup, let alone any car for my trip after they had told me I’d have a car. Never will I waste my time again with this incompetent location, it’s trash 🗑️.

  Called in advance to make a reservation for a truck 3 days prior of use, went a day prior of use to confirm the reservation, the manager said there will be the truck i asked for ready to use. The day of use they turned me down saying it needed an oil change. Why the hell do you say you going to have the truck ready and the day of use its not usable. Very bad customer service. Never again will i rent from this location.

  I’ve been using car rental services for over 15 years all throughout the United States and this location by far tops every single one. The staff here goes above and beyond to try and make sure that your needs are met. Everyone here is extremely professional, but also so welcome that it doesn’t feel like a business transaction. Even when they might be low in stock on vehicles, they go out of their way to reach out to other branches to see what they can do for you. The staff here really cares about the people that are walking through those doors not to just get them in a car and go, but they really take the time to ask about your day and your trips and your plans they really go above and beyond to make sure that you feel welcomed and satisfied by the time you walk out of those doors. I Come back and support this business because of its amazing employees and how they treat their guest inside of this establishment. Continue the phenomenal work you guys are freaking awesome!
