  AutoZone used to be the only place I'd go to for parts. I would drive out of my way. Now, it seems like most employees have never turned a wrench. It also seems like they don't stock a lot of the common items they used to. Their Help section has also shrunk a lot. Thier decision? I don't know. What I do know is I'll typically try Oreilys first now and only go here if I must.

  I went in for a battery because mine died at work, so the tow driver was kind enough to stop by this AutoZone and I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Great and fast service.

  Dear AutoZone Customer Relations, I am writing regarding the repeated customer service issues my mother has experienced at your store located at 2351 S. 4th Avenue in Yuma, Arizona. On June 18, 2026, at approximately 4:30 PM, she made what was essentially her fourth attempt to shop at this location. Her intention that day was simply to purchase vehicle cleaning supplies and speak with the store manager regarding prior experiences. An employee she believes is named Isaiah informed her that the manager was unavailable and directed her to the assistant manager. Unfortunately, the interaction was disappointing. The assistant manager barely looked up, provided very short responses, and when she asked whether there was a way to contact the store manager, she was simply told “No.” She completely understands that a manager’s personal phone number should not be given out. Her concern was never the answer itself, but rather the tone and lack of any effort to assist further. No alternative was offered, no message was offered to be taken, and no one asked what her concerns were or whether they could help resolve them. As she was leaving the store, she could hear comments being made regarding not giving out a personal phone number. While the remarks were not directed to her personally, they were loud enough to be heard while she was exiting and came across as dismissive and unprofessional. Again, the issue was never the policy, but rather the manner in which she was treated. This was her fourth unpleasant experience at this location. She even spoke with the district manager on June 18 and was offered a $20 certificate. However, she made it clear that she was not looking for compensation. She simply wanted to shop, speak with the store manager, and be treated with the courtesy and professionalism that she has experienced at other AutoZone locations. What is most disappointing is that this does not appear to be an isolated incident but rather a pattern. She has always had positive experiences with other AutoZone stores, which makes the service at this location stand out all the more. I hope this feedback is shared with the appropriate leadership team and used as an opportunity to improve the customer experience at this store. My mother deserved better, and future customers do as well.

  Very nice people. Worked hard til they figured out how to replace the rear wiper on my Acura MDX. Not easy.
