- ZZZiggyJul 9, 20261.0Do not buy gas here... They hold 226 dollars on top of the 35 dollars of gas I got. I called and asked This Pilot about it and he said My Bank did it. I Lie, Then hung up on me Over charged Me for Oil on shelf at a lower price than charged. Then debit machine quit working and had to reboot it, took 10 minutes, gave up went to different register. Horrible experience!!!!!!!!

Waited over an hour just to get a shower with no one in line!! This is ridiculous! Corporate needs to get involved!

My husband and the people from our company regularly fill up here, spending between $800 and $1,200 on diesel per visit. After spending $800, my husband walked in with his own cup, and the cashier—a tall, thin guy—yelled at him from the counter that he had to pay for it! I don't mind paying for it, but it’s the way he demanded it that’s the problem. If a customer spends $800 at any business—no matter what it is—you don't yell at them in a derogatory way, you try to be as polite as possible so they come back! If, after an $800 fuel purchase, you feel the need to charge .80c for a cup of ice, I’m sorry, but I have no interest in doing business with people like that. And to all truck drivers: I do not recommend this place. You don't need lousy service like this—take your money where you’re actually valued!
- SRSalvador De la RosaJul 3, 20261.0I have been fueling up at this location for the past eight years, and all my drivers fuel here as well. However, this is the last time my company will ever fuel here. It is 12:50 PM on July 3rd; my reefer unit had stopped working, so I went inside with a 12-ounce cup to get some ice. The man at the last register told me I had to pay for the ice. I find this unacceptable and shameful; I left the ice and walked out. I hope this helps you hire more sensible people. Last year, my company spent $42,000 on fuel at this location, but that ends today.
