- LLlunchtimeMay 3, 20265.0We were traveling from California to Gallup, NM and 3 of my lights turned on (VSC, traction control, check engine). Luckily we found this AutoZone along the I-40 and stopped to see if they could pull the codes so we could diagnose the issue. Robert helped us and he was so kind and knowledgeable. 5/5 customer service. I also stopped to use the women's restroom and it was very clean! Thank you for your help and giving us some peace of mind on our roadtrip, Robert!

He didn’t just point us in the right direction, he took the time to walk us through everything and even helped us install our new headlight bulb right there. It’s rare to come across that level of genuine customer service, and it made a stressful situation so much easier. You can tell he really cares about helping people, not just doing his job. Because of him and the rest of the team, we’ll definitely be recommending this location to others!

Darcey was incredibly diligent and gracious with her time. She helped us diagnose the problem and offered multiple solutions to fix it.
