  I was stuck on the side of the road because of a broken radiator cap. I was too far to walk and my truck would not make it driving without it. I tried Ubers. I tried to get a Lyft. None would come. I called the store and told him my situation and Kevin told me that after the store closed, you could bring me the coolant I needed it and the radiator cap that I had ordered after he got off he brought me everything I needed to get me rolling and would not accept any payment I tried to give him he is literally the epitome of customer service

  Great store. I've been coming here for the last few weeks for most of my parts and they've had everything that I needed. None of the parts have been bad either..

  I had my car break down in the middle of nowhere close to Bowie, and had the tow truck bring me to Wilcox and leave my car here in the parking lot (help was on the way from home in Phoenix about 3 hours away) I came into the store to ask if I could get help with checking prices on parts while I waited for my brother. Jahir was very helpful and kind he helped push the vehicle into a parking spot since the tow truck left it in the middle of the parking lot and I didn't want to risk getting towed. I had to leave my car in the parking lot for a few days until I was able to come back and get it fixed. We spoke to the store manager and Jahir and they were both very nice and reassuring that my car would be ok until I came back. I just wanna say that you guys are awesome!! This was a very difficult experience for me but everyone in the store was very amazing and helpful. Thank you very much!

  One of the worst auto zones I have been to. They hire people who don’t know anything about cars-trucks-bikes the managers are the best part. how are you a manager and don’t know when your parts are gonna be there I live a hour away they told me 10 am I’m here at 10am the manager says they don’t get parts till 3 pm then why tell me that yesterday worst management worst auto zone there there just there for a check nothing more 0/10 if I can put no stars I would
