  While Kevin was nice, there were a lot of problems He left greasy hand prints all over the car, chipped some side panel paint, scratched the hood paint spread it and made it worse (you can see the grease stains around it where he tried to wipe it off), didn't reseal the weather stripping around the side even though you just need a little elbow grease to press it in... Just basic stuff.

  I was extremely surprised and happy with not only the speed of the service but how kind and informative the technician, Noe, was! Due to this one man, you have a Safelite customer for life. Praise and a raise for Noe! All I had to do was drive to the appointment and he took care of the rest. The lobby was also very comfortable and super welcoming. We had a “longer replacement” scheduled because of a double calibration and Before I even had a chance to make myself a cup of delicious looking coffee, Noe was there with our keys in his hand, ready to get us back on the road!!

  I booked this online so contact was pretty minimal, just a quick review to make sure all my info was correct. Nice and clean inside with ac!!! Chairs with more padding would be nice for those that wait for the work to be done. I was there for about two and a half hours, no complaints though. I knew I'd be there for a bit so no biggie. Staff were friendly and professional. Now for the windshield replacement. I'm writing this 6 days after the work was done. The new seals are holding up with no leaks or abnormal bulging at the corners. The glass put in is in perfect shape. Thank you Safelite.

  The technician did an excellent job. He was finished in about 2 hours . My insurance contacted Safelite, my appointment was scheduled and he arrived on time- calling me prior to arriving.

  The rear view mirror is not properly remounted to the windshield meeting wires hanging and exposed, also, the car's alarm antenna receiver that's attached to the windshield wasn't installed back correctly and fell from the windshield into my lap while I was driving, when job was done none of the windows were cleaned as stated on the website glass was left underneath the hood. My recommendation is to stay outside with the Texas installing your new glass to make sure that everything gets done go and then when I did the survey that's when I found out other stuff was supposed to be done as well that's not mentioned on the website. I naively trusted that this individual would do the job it was described wouldn't have to worry about it and tipped the guy $10 afterwards dumb do I feel. Use at your own discretion. Oh and then when I got finished with their survey they want to know if I would like be contacted about my low scores that I gave Safelite, but I'm the one that's supposed to reach out and call them which I'll do because the more I think about this the more pissed off I am. I forget they do more than just windshield replacements that's what I had done.
