  My 3 month old 2026 Ford Maverick Hybrid had to have the windshield replaced due to road rock damage. Lots of the truck's functionality is tied into that windshield. Javier, a young guy, was friendly and courteous. He took care of business, then let me know it was done and returned my key (has to be road tested to verify and calibrated). Said "thank you for your business." I was impressed.

  Very friendly and a very large clean waiting area with a number of round tables for four. The restrooms were very clean and large. I was surprised. For those that are sensitive to orders, it was oder free, which made it a pleasant place to wait.

  I’m only sharing this because Safelight sent me a survey which I completed and then prompted me to publicly share my experience on Google. Not sure why since my review is negative. My vehicle was damaged during the install and the technician tried to hide the damage. My vehicle is a Ram Promaster 3500. Windshield replacement required two technicians due to the size of the windshield. Safelight sent only one. During the installation he damaged my digital rearview mirror, broke retaining clips on the windshield cowl, lost push retainers, stripped screws, and tried to repair his damage with window sealant. He also got sealant on my headliner. I couldn’t be more dissatisfied. I would recommend against letting this company repair your damaged windshield.

  Before the entire front window shattered after being hit with a rock or meteor, we called Safelite. A friendly greeting by a real person, an fast appointment within a four hour block that fit our schedule and insurance coverage taken care of by Safelite. Received a call from Javier confirming he would arrive in about 15 minutes. He was on time, experienced with windshield replacement not just repairs, had ours removed, cleaned up any glass fragments, prepped the new windshield, glued it in, replaced the mirror and another gadget, replaced the trim that had to be removed to get the window in, totally cleaned up the inside and outside of our vehicle, explained that it must not get wet or car wash for XX hours... asked if I had any questions and was satisfied with his work ...Well, he did an excellent job ... on time, totally knowledgeable even with removing the trim to get to the windshield, left the inside cleaner than when he arrived, friendly conversation though I did not offer to help :-) ... an excellent experience that I highly recommend.
