  In November of 2025 I purchased a one owner 2013 Volvo XC70 T6 Platinum from Tyrone Hudson at Volvo Cars Tucson. My entire experience, from initial inquiry on their website, to driving off the lot after complimentary airport pickup, was polite, professional, and seamless. Within 24 hours of my inquiry Tyrone had put together a deal that worked for me, ensured the service department had looked over the XC70 and addressed any concerns, and confirmed pick up at Tucson International Airport in a weeks time. Upon arrival I met with Zane in finance who collected payment; all required paperwork was completed electronically the week prior. I was subsequently introduced to the dealer's Delivery Specialist, Marland, a clear car enthusiast and a wealth of knowledge for all things Volvo. One of the most genuine people I have ever met in the car business! Anita, the dealer's title clerk, contacted me after my visit and promptly overnight mailed remaining documents as promised by Zane, and my new-to-me 220,000 mile XC70 performed flawlessly on the 2,300 mile trip home. From beginning to end this was a five star experience. I highly recommend Tyrone and the team at Volvo Cars Tucson.

  My family has now bought three cars from Rob Waterman and we couldn't be more thrilled with Rob or the cars! I live out in Austin, Texas, and had been looking for a nice car for months. I had been through some pretty rude and awful salesmen and was dreading looking for cars (which should be exciting). I went home for Christmas holiday and I went down to check out some of the cars in the lot since we'd used Rob in the past and he had been lovely. I found the car of my dreams and Rob (and Scott Pottier, the Finance Manager) made the process SO EASY and WONDERFUL to buy a car. I had been dreading making such a commitment and large purchase and I just couldn't be more thrilled. I have been driving a sporty little red Volvo for weeks now and Rob was nothing but pleasant, made the process painless, and has even checked up on me and the car multiple times since then. And the car runs perfectly and is so beautiful, I have no regrets. My entire family loves Rob (and so do I!) and the next car I buy will be another Volvo and I can only hope to buy from him again, I cannot emphasize how he takes care of you and is so nice to work with.
