What an awesome dealership experience! Our representative Edgar was stellar and patient with us while we made a decision about which model suited our needs best. The dealership went out of their way to earn our business, and we could not be happier with our beautiful 2024 Forester sport. More dealerships should follow this blueprint for customer service. If you are in the market for used or new vehicle, please give them a chance to earn your business.

This is the worst "Subaru" dealership I have ever been to and, after 4 years of trying.... I'm done. Never buying a Subaru again. A 100k 2019 model should not require a 5k engine repair. What's worse - Subaru is aware of "engine leaks" appearing as soon as 45k miles in several of their makes and models. Beware of Subaru, in general... but NEVER go to this dealer. Drive to Phoenix. Edit: please respond to my request [will keep editing this review as I receive updates from Subaru of Tucson (or corporate) whenever relevant.]

Greg Allen was well-mannered, attentive and respectful of my questions and my wants and needs in buying a car. His answers were clear and straightforward. He showed his knowledge about the car and its features as well as its technical details. His demeanor was one of kindness and I felt he was able to balance my needs with that of the dealership so that we both benefited. I would have no problem in referring him to others. I wish him the best future with Subaru!

I came in on a lunch break just to browse on what Tucson Subaru had to offer. I was greeted by Austin His demeanor was awesome I felt so comfortable asking questions about the cars along with the test drives. There were a few options that I had liked but due to time constraints I had to return a bit later in the week. With this the communication was great, my wife and I had picked a car , Austin and the rest of Tucson Subaru made the process smooth. This is my first Subaru and so far has been a joy to drive. With the pleasant buying experience I will be looking to Tucson Subaru for our next family Purchase. Thank you Austin.

The sales practices here are terrible, had been coordinating a sale with Angel to the point of signing an agreement to make purchase after a PPI inspection so after going back and forth with this so called professional salesman he emails me right before finalizing purchase to tell me truck has been sold? Who the hell does that? Very unprofessional dealership and I suspect that right before the PPI that they must not have wanted done they pulled the truck!? Very unprofessional and don't waste your time with this dealership or with Angel he is a terrible salesperson!
