I went in for what I believed was a one-time car wash and ended up being charged a monthly subscription for a year and a half without my knowledge or consent. I never knowingly signed a contract or agreed to a membership. I spoke with multiple managers, and not one of them could prove that I signed up, yet they still refused to issue a full refund. After looking online, I realized I'm not the only one this has happened to. Check your bank statements carefully before giving this company your credit card information.

Employee told me that they have people scrubbed the front of their car to get all the bugs off 🤷♀️ So my quick car wash turned into a whole thing. But they do have a mat cleaner which is nice. Probably won't come back though.
