Safelite came to my home and replaced my windshield. The technician who came did a fantastic job. He arrived on time, explained everything he was doing in detail, and did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend this team.

I was a previous customer because my insurance in the past I had a good experience then I did not this time as you can see because I drive a Subaru they also had to reset the cameras for the eyesight technology as you can see it's not reset but yet they sent me a certificate telling me it was reset and then when I go in to pick up my vehicle they told me oh we can't reset it we have to order OEM glass which is manufacturer's glass and I have to go back and have them redo it all over again after they've already charged my insurance $1,500 to do it they want to charge my insurance even more I'm not happy

Arrived on time to my house, everything went smoothly and quickly. This is the third time I’ve had this done by this company and they’ve always done a great job. Staff take their time and do a great job. They have done my windshield twice on my cadillac and once on my Camaro. Highly recommend them! So nice to do it at my home location.

I had Safelite come out to replace the windshield in my car on June 29, 2026, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional service I received. Zane Serna with Safelite in Tucson, Arizona, was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and truly just an all-around pleasure to deal with. As a business owner myself, I know how valuable it is to have someone like Zane representing your company. His level of professionalism and customer service is truly exceptional, and employees like him can make all the difference in the experience a customer has with a business. I would absolutely give my experience a 10 out of 10. Thank you, Zane, for making the entire process such a positive one. I highly recommend Safelite!

If you have a choice and your insurance allows it, avoid using Safelite at all costs. They will give you the runaround and waste your time and your patience. I had the misfortune of having to work with both the Ina and Kolb locations and after multiple attempts and rescheduled appointments, my windshield still hasn't been replaced. For more details on their incompetence, read on. Attempt #1 - Tech arrived at my house on a Sat. After pulling the windshield out of the truck, he noticed one of the wires on the rear view sensor had come off and was no longer soldered on. This should have been inspected prior to leaving the warehouse for damage, so instead I had to reschedule the appt to get a different windshield. Attempt #2 - Tech arrived at 3pm at my work place the following Mon. It is monsoon season and storms were coming in. Not his fault but had he come earlier in his 12:00-5:00 window, we wouldn't have had to reschedule (again) because of the rain. There is no covered parking at my workplace. Attempt #3 - Scheduled the next visit at the Kolb shop on Fri the same week to avoid weather delays. Brought my car in, tech told me there were error codes due to my "front driver assistance camera component contaminated/clogged." They said they can't replace my windshield since it would be unlikely they could complete the recalibration, and I had to take it to the dealer to clear the error codes. Dealer Visit - My dealer checked the error codes the following Fri and said that because the windshield is cracked in front of the camera, you can't clear the error until the windshield is replaced and the obvious obstruction is gone. Why didn't Safelite know this? Attempt #4 - Went to the Ina Safelite same day to tell them what my dealer said. They told me they couldn't replace it with the error codes unless I signed a waiver releasing them of all liability in the event they couldn't complete the calibration. Fine, I'll sign the waiver, just replace my windshield! Earliest appt available was at Kolb the next day (Sat). Attempt #5 - Drove back across town the next day (Sat) and dropped off my car. Instead of calling to tell me they had a problem, I got a text an hour later saying that my appt was rescheduled again. This time it was because they didn't have the right windshield for my car then proceeded to blame me for picking the wrong options in their scheduling system even though the system (if it was programmed correctly) should have automatically selected the correct one based on my VIN. Rescheduled my appt (yet again) to the following Sat at the Ina location. Finally decided to go to Tony's Auto Glass based on my dealer's recommendation and cancelled my appt with Safelite. Apparently this happens all the time. Thanks for wasting my time for the last time, Safelite!
