  Was waiting to pull out of Midas this afternoon and one of their female drivers drove up and straight-up blocked me from getting in the right turn lane. Completely unnecessary and rude. You could totally tell that I was waiting to merge and she just didn't care. Very unprofessional and I'll never use this company if this is how their employees treat potential customers.

  Richard at the Ina Road location did a phenomenal job installing our replacement windshield and calibrating our safety features. There is no noise at highway speeds and he left the car clean. The process was super easy coordinating with our insurance (USAA) as well. Dropped it off and a few hours later it was ready! We’ve used SafeLite for years on multiple cars and will continue to use them for our automotive glass needs.

  Had to schedule online, as contacting by phone was cumbersome... no person, AI phone agent. Online scheduling was easy, however. I called on a Thursday and next available service was Monday. The technician gave plenty of communication before arrival and was very friendly & professional; he was also very fast! Whole job was done in less than an hour. Kudos to Brian! My insurance covered 100% of the cost (Allstate). This is the 3rd replacement this location has done for me and all have gone smoothly. Arizona has lots of rocks on the road... :-(

  My experience with Safelite was exemplary. From the ease of scheduling to the completion of the project, everything went smoothly. Kenneth kept me informed as to when he would arrive and arrived on time. He went right to work and worked efficiently. When he was done he explained things to me and asked if I had any questions. He was very personable. I will use Safelite again when necessary.

  I just had work done here for my front windshield. The work itself seemed fine and the technician was nice, but after the repair I noticed my driver-side door is now rubbing against the front fender, which was not happening before. I brought it back to have it looked at immediately after and instead of checking alignment or offering a solution, I was told it “was probably already like that.” That was frustrating because the issue started immediately after the repair. I understand things can happen during repairs, but I would have appreciated a willingness to take a closer look and try to make it right. Overall, the experience was just was sub par and I won't be a returning customer.
