  Had a windshield replaced on 7/3. Worker took the car wash sticker from windshield and did not replace it. Car wash sticker was used on 7/6 by unknown person. Called business and manger is too busy to speak with me. Waiting on a call back.

  Great experience at Safelite! Fabion was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job replacing my windshield. The service was fast, the installation was perfect, and the whole process was smooth. Highly recommend fabion and Safelite!

  Zero stars.safelite tech "ALEXANDER" came to replace driver side glass that had bb crack at top of window. The widow itself operated perfectly for three days after we found the crack. The Safelite tech ALEXANDER damaged the window control unit while attempting to install, At least one door bolt was missing when he finished, and he did not re-set the electric window mechanism or did not know how. When finished he said the controller mechanism for the window was damaged by the bb gun and that Safelite would contact state farm insurance. He then just left. I called the Safelite on Ina in Tucson and was told I would have to contact state farm myself, I explained that the window even though cracked when ALEXANDER arrived the window had worked properly. They said "No" it was from the vandalism.Refuseing to return to Safelite state farm gave me the option of another repair facility who validated my claim of the damage done by ALEXANDER the Safelite tech,Reports were made & photos taken.Im out $140.The actual bill for fixing the damage was another $593.00. I will continue to tell my story on social media.I only put one star because without giving a star I could not post

  I have reported this place to my insurance company for fraud and incompetence. They have sent 3 different installers to my house without the correct tool to do the job. They installed a new windshield in my Lexus over a week ago, but the driver did not have the correct tool to mount the rear view mirror back onto the new windshield. So the installer just slapped a bunch of glue on the back of the mirror and stuck it up on the windshield. By the time I checked the car that night the rear view mirror was hanging by the cord and glue was dripping down the windshield and onto the dash. They have sent 2 additional drivers to the house and neither of the drivers had the needed tool to fix the mirror. The car has been undrivable for over a week. When you try and call this location nobody answers. I have called my insurance company to file a formal claim against this company and this location.

  We are delighted with our experience with Safelite. From the initial scheduling experience to the finished work, there is nothing we are not pleased with. Our technician came in the scheduled timeframe, communicated all we needed to know, patiently answered so many questions, went above and beyond our expectations, and did better work than we expected could be done with our windshield damage. We would recommend Safelite to anyone needing windshield repair/replacement.
