  I went to have my car maintenance on 11 May, Usually, I receive a discount, but I did not this time. I got my oil changed today. I noticed that there’s a bunch of oil spilled out on my driveway, so I opened the hood and saw that it was not closed properly and there is oil all over the car and motor. They did not fill up the wiper fluid, as well as something else. Please see attached photos. Now I am going to take the car back because it needs to be cleaned and I am covered in oil.

  I worked with Eric at Quebedeaux on Speedway. My sister's car was side swiped in a hit and run. Eric went out of his way to help us during a very difficult time. When we picked up the car, it was sparkling clean like it had been detailed. Shiny wheels, the whole nine yards. Thank you Eric for your excellent service and to the whole Quebedeaux team.

  Showed up at 8 am and walked the lot looking for a regular cab truck. Walked past service, to the used lot, and back to the other side where eventually I found the trucks I was interested in. Checked them all out and found a couple vehicles I was interested in. After 25-30 mins, I walked inside the building and asked if any sales rep was available to show me a truck. The rep told me he would bring the truck up to the front as I waited. It looked great, although he left the truck running without any gas. I shut it off immediately. After a couple of price sheets, and confusing discounts, I decided to leave as I was already running late to work. (Which I had also mentioned to the rep so they could understand why I was in a rush) On my way out I was approached by someone who seemed to be a manager and asked if I had any more time to work the numbers. I really didnt have time but told him I was willing to work with them over the phone and come back after my shift was over to buy a truck. Not a single call or text back. Overall experience? Poor service especially during “GMC Truck Month”👎🏼

  From the moment I inquired about the vehicle I wanted to the time it was delivered, it was an outstanding experience. The team at Quebedeaux were on it. They actually found a better truck and deal than I was originally interested in. At the end of the day, I have a beautiful GMC AT4 3500 and it's exactly what I needed and Don and his team made it happen flawlessly. Other dealerships should take notes on how this dealership operates! It's business done the way business should be done. Thank you to the entire Quebedeaux!!!

  My recent car buying experience was pretty smooth and easy. The vehicle I purchased was a car that I had seen being advertised on their FB page. After some research and speaking with some people in the car business, I made the decision to test drive it and check it out. George Bon was very helpful, professional, organized and answered all of my questions. George was very easy to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. I only gave 4 stars because we asked if they would fill up the gas tank before we took the car home and they said yes. But unfortunately the fuel was only half full. Other than that it was a good car buying experience overall.
