    I originally purchased my truck in New Mexico and had issues from day one with my right side mirror. I drove back and forth from Tucson to Gallup three times with no luck each time at their service. It took one call to Quebedeaux and connect with Lane in the service department. I hope he gets to read this or is shared with his supervisor. He kept in contact as soon as he was notified of the issue. He never forgot about keeping in touch with his customers and making accommodations even when it was not needed. I hope he knows how much he is appreciated and as a GMC customers for YEARS he is one of very rare employees who I think highly of. I hope someday he knows his customer service is exceptional!! Good job Lane!

    It went in knowing that the battery was bad so they replaced the battery. I told him a couple other problems I've been having and I was told verbally that the battery took care of everything. It did not take care of those at all. When I looked at the receipt it said that they could not get the problem to occur but the problem occurred immediately when I was driving it away. So I'm not sure how hard they look for the other two problems. It was towed in knowing that there was a bad battery so that took no troubleshooting

    0 stars if I could. I went in and traded in my 2015 Toyota Corolla for a base 2021 GMC sierra on 06-15-2026. They told me we had a deal at $489.98 a month. Both parties signed the contract and they let me take the truck home that day. Now on 06-26-2026 they say we don’t have a deal at the $489.98 a month it’s now $610 a month I said no deal. Give me my car back and you guys keep the truck. They told me my car had already been sent to auction and they do not have it anymore. The truck stayed with the dealership (as I disagreed to the new terms) and I waited on the side of the road with all of my stuff from the truck, waiting for my ride. Now I have no truck because I disagreed with their new terms and I have no car because they auctioned it off. Now I have to figure out how to get to and from work because this dealership doesn’t honor its signed contractual agreements. I would not recommend anyone do business with this dealership. The names of the employees that I had the unpleasant experience with are Josh Edward’s (salesman) Mark Balderrama (sales manager) and Jorge Martinez (finance manager) I am now making payments on a car (Corolla) that I do not have because the dealership sent it to auction. And I don’t have the truck because I refused their new deal of a way higher payment. I will be getting in touch with my lawyer to see if any legal action can be taken against these people and this dealership. It astonishes me that this place operates in this manner. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

    I wanted to start off with the service advisor i interacted with, Lane who was very pleasant and helpful. The wrong part was ordered, and I'm positive that wasn't Lane's fault, although he did me a solid on the labor. I purchased a 2024 Chevy Silverado here a year ago and 2 weeks ago noticed the cap on the driver's mirror was missing. Quebeadux says it isn't covered under vehicle warranty or extra warranty that i purchased, now quite sure what the extra warranty covers, but starting to think it was a donation to this dealership. Went today to have new part installed that I ordered 2 weeks ago and it's not the right part. The drive is about 30 miles e each way and now I need to do it again when it's supposed to be in again. I just seen a GMC yesterday with a new mirror cap, so it makes me think it's common for these caps to fall off. Maybe try glue if this is so common, definitively got took with this purchase from this dealership!

    My husband and I bought a 2024 at4 terrain paid cash for it. When we bought it it was great the service etc. However the radio volume on the steering wheel kept coming out I have dealt with CJ since the first oil change etc. I have brought the car back three times just to have the same problem not fixed. I went in for an oil change in February left for Idaho after oil change the service men DID NOT put the dip stick in all the way and I was driving and or stopping for gas the car would be smoking I popped the hood and oil was everywhere I called the service department and spoke to Lane he insinuated that I didn’t put the stick in I told him I had no reason since I just had the oil changed to be under the hood there was oil everywhere pic to follow! He told me to take it to the nearest gmc/chevrolet dealership to have them check it! I’m in the middle of nowhere so I put the stick in like it should have been and had to add oil to it. Once I got to Idaho I took it in to have it checked and had to pay 221.00 for their mistake. When I returned to Tucson I called and made appointment for service spoke with CJ (kind soul) I didn’t get reimbursed he gave me a credit of 186. Which doesn’t even cover two oil changes. I was grateful he did that. They didn’t “clean” the oil. Took car home and stirring wheel volume still broken I then called upset spoke to Milaya (love her) she got a whole new steering wheel ordered. Finally things are getting done. Thank you Milaya for getting things rolling. CJ thank you for all your help. Nobody has offered to detail and get all the oil spots off my car. I will give them another chance but after this one if things don’t go well I will not return. Also I didn’t once speak to the manager in person.
