Overall it's a decent location. The only issue I had was that I paid for a bobtail spot and was parked in my paid space. When it was time to leave there were two trucks with trailers parked next to the reserve bobtail parking, which blocked about 5 of us in our spots. I knocked on both doors but the drivers weren't inside their trucks. I called the store to page the drivers or call tow trucks and 2 employees came out. They weren't able to get anyone to move the trucks either. Eventually both drivers came out of the building with shower bags in hand and left. Pilot needs to have these trucks immediately. If I had a load to pick up I could have been late because of these nonparking idiots.

Kind personnel however the facility is not up to standards. In the morning we stopped to grab a bite at the subway in store and as we gather more snacks, we identify snack boxes have been chewed up by rodents and some droppings around. Sadly we throw away the already gathered/paid food and proceeded to go to the airport to catch our flight.

We frequently visit this place because it is our last stop before we head out of Tucson and we have to go through sometimes over an hour of ride because of the construction and stupid people that want to cut in and then we have to allow for them to get into line so it makes sometimes our travel trip long and it's too long to wait to go to the bathroom they have a wonderful assortment of different things a little over price but I guess most truck centers are. The gas is reasonable the restrooms are clean and they do offer a variety of either fresh foods such as hot dogs or taquitos or pizza or you can buy sandwiches or fill that sweet tooth yearning you may have they have plenty of soda although I would like it if they started having Pepsi made with real sugar that's a personal preference. Sometimes it's just nice to get out of the car and get out and stretch your legs. I've never had a cashier disrespect me there and the place is always neat and clean it doesn't hurt to have fresh pizza and cinnabons either!
