  National always has excellent customer service. This location is no exception. I’ve rented domestically and internationally (including Bogota and Amsterdam) with National and always have received great service, smooth check in and return, never any unnecessary charges or surprises. Honestly miles above Hertz and other companies. I rented almost exclusively from hertz for years but switched due to some bad experiences and I have zero regrets about switching to National.

  The attendant didn't confirm dates of rental and we didn't discover their error until we drove away and were two days short. When we called to add the days they doubled the cost of the rental instead of returning on a Saturday it should have been a Monday. They were very expeditious but accuracy and timely would have been better.

  I come through Tucson a lot and this is a great rental option. Although there is no Emerald Aisle it is still usually quite fast to get your car and the service representatives are friendly and helpful. The location is great, just a few steps from the airport exit, no shuttle required. Being on site makes it so much faster than any airport location with a shuttle. Car selection is usually good…
