  Faith and Amethyst were both wonderful to work with. Faith got me checked in quickly, and Amethyst is helping me set up my business account. They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely pleasant, something that feels like a rarity in customer service these days. While I was there, I watched Amethyst handle a situation with someone from the county who came in unexpectedly looking for a 16-foot truck. It sounded like there weren't any available, but instead of simply telling him there was nothing she could do, she asked him to have a seat while she found someone to help. Another team member came out, explained the situation, and offered to help locate a truck at another location. That extra effort really stood out to me. The entire team at the W. Valencia Enterprise Truck Rental location was fantastic. Even before my visit, Elizabeth answered the phone, patiently answered all of my questions, and emailed me everything I needed to get my Enterprise business account started. From start to finish, every interaction was positive. I was genuinely impressed by how seamless the process was and by the consistently exceptional customer service from everyone on the team. Not to mention the high top cargo Van was clean, didn't feel old and janky as some of these vans can from other competitors. Ran great, cold AC. Great experience from start to finish. Looking forward to my next rental.

  I created a reservation to rent a truck via phone. Go to the office and they tell me “your reservation is for next week” I called the day previous to confirm with them. Truck was in good condition but I wish the staff was more helpful.
