Ashton was an excellent representative of the company. When we picked up the car there was a huge line because a bunch of flights got canceled due to the hurricane. We used the digital check-in process and knew we didn't need to wait in line. I just saw one of the agents and out of the corner of their Tara. They acknowledged me and I just asked them a simple question on what we were supposed to do and she just blended to the car and said you can take that one. Of course that was after she took my driver's license and looked up my reservation. When I dropped off the car it was even simpler. Ashton took care of everything and did it with a smile. I'll be using Enterprise again.
