He checked on me several times to make sure I had everything that I needed and was encouraging and made the process very smooth for me! The reason I can only give a four is because it is crazy to me that the windows are not tinted on these cars in Arizona in the summertime it’s over 100° outside! I could not even sit in my car in the afternoon without running in the house to grab a towel, touching the steering wheel and the control controls was an absolute nightmare!! I probably will not consider enterprise unless it’s not summertime
- MSMichaela StandleyMay 10, 20261.0EXTREMELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! First off, got told on a Sunday my friend could pick up her rental before 1. Arrived just before 12:30 to find that they are closed! She had a reservation with a confirmation and everything in her email. Went to another location to speak with manager and they never came outside to help fix the issue after an employee said they'd be right out to help. THEN had to go down to the airport location, just to get there and find out they didnt take debit cards nor would they take the credit card she had. Which they said over the phone they did. They had us running(literally bc she doesn't have a vehicle) all over town from location to location all for nothing. Customer service reps have nothing but attitude and seem like they really dont know what they are doing. Used enterprise for a whole year prior to this incident and never had an issue. This is an absolute surprise and she is beyond upset and stressed out. This was absolutely horrible. Would not recommend after all this!!!!!!! If I could leave NO STARS i would.
