  Rented a car in California but ended up getting a flat tire in Arizona so we had to make a stop here. Mohammed was a great help and helped inflate the tire so we could get to BrakeMax ASAP. We ended up getting our car tire replaced at no extra cost with our Enterprise insurance. Thank you Mohammed!

  Needed to rent a car to travel back East. My sister made the reservation, and when I got to this location at the appointed time with the required documents, I was denied because I didn't have an electric bill in my name. I rent, so the landlord pays that. And I don't have a credit card. According to the website and the renter's requirements (if using a debit card for payment): "renters must present two of the following items, each of which must indicate the renter’s current home address: a utility bill, cellular phone bill, paycheck or paystub, an original declaration page from an active auto insurance policy. Utility bill(s), cellular phone bill(s) and paycheck or paystub must be originals and dated within 30 days." I presented a pay stub and my insurance declarations page, both with my name and correct address on them. I was told that I needed a utility bill; which I had explained that I did not have as I don't pay the utilities for my rental apartment. I had to have a utility bill they said "to pinpoint where I live" or something similarly ignorant. Needless to say, I left without a rental, but suggested that they update the copy on their website to be clear that the utility bill is required, plus 1 other document. Do I have to give them a star? If so, why?

  We rented a car from Enterprise. It was supposed to be a shortTerm rental while our car was in the shop. Four months later my car was finally fixed and we were able to return the rental. The entire experience was great! The staff is amazing! They will work with you if you have any issues. We have always rented from Enterprise, because of the availability of the vehicles and professional but yet personable staff members. Including Addison, Zach and the two young ladies at the front desks. The only small issue we had was no one explained the weekly, monthly rates. Apparently the rates are better when you have long term rentals. But other than that, I have recommended this particular location to all family and friends. Great job Enterprise! See you next time!
