  This enterprise location went above and beyond for me and my family after our horrendous experience at hertz on speedway. Their customer service was phenomenal. I originally booked with hertz on speedway and was denied the vehicle I booked which was a full size suv with no resolution and zero customer service skills in sight. I had my wife call this location as I was driving home livid from my encounter with hertz because we were supposed to leave to San Diego that morning. Enterprise said they could have a full size suv at their location clean and ready to go in a couple of hours maybe even an hour and a half. An hour and a half later they had the suv ready for pick up. Only downside and why I only gave them 4 stars was because although the suv was what we wanted it wreaked of marijauna and cigarettes and we had to wait an additional half hour so they could do a smell treatment on it which worked but the ride smelled of chlorine for a few hours but it wasn’t too bad. Other than that we had a great experience with this location. Stupid people smoking in rentals they need to really enforce their no smoking policy a lot harsher this is the second time a vehicle was given to me like this it not by enterprise, and I rarely rent vehicles.

  I was gonna go on a family trip and I didn’t make the mistake by booking a manager special the night before we talked about maybe getting a larger vehicle and talking to the manager in the morning now the selection was very low maybe five vehicles and the biggest vehicle that they had available for me was cross over kind of like a four seater now didn’t give me no other options other than to cancel my reservation and in the future book an SUV and it looked like they were already arguing with each other. I overheard another manager say that there’s no accountability here so I’ll definitely be just sticking to booking from the airport. I was giving this place a try, but it looks like they still got a lot of work to do here. Wish they would’ve tried to help me with my needs specially since I’m going on a four day trip with my family seemed like they didn’t care once I wasn’t taking the car anymore and almost they almost even forgot to give me my credit card.

  Staff here was very efficient and friendly! Car was well-kept and performed great. Overall, a great experience and if I need a rental in Tucson in the future I will for sure use them again.

  We recently rented a car from this location and I can't say enough about them. They are real people and treat you right. I had made a stupid mistake in our reservation but they fixed it for us, when they didnt have to. You can trust them.
