  Josh at the Wetmore location completely turned my day around. I came in stressed and he went above and beyond to get me sorted — friendly, fast, and actually took the time to make sure I was taken care of. Can’t say the same for the Stone Ave location, but this store earned every one of these five stars. Ask for Josh.

  Very helpful and understanding staff, especially Sadie. I rented a car while mine was in for service at the dealership down the road. They provided a ride to the dealership after I returned my rental car, and didn't charge me for the extra hour over 24 I had the rental. The car I did rent was clean reliable for the time I needed it.

  My Toyota recently had a safety recall, and the dealership set me up with a long-term rental through Enterprise. I was initially given a Mazda, which worked fine for a few months until I am not happy with the air filter issue came up because my kid has asthma. I am not picky but I just want my kid not to get trouble for her asthma. I headed back to the branch to swap it out, which is when I had the pleasure of working with the Branch Manager, Stephen Ruiz. Stephen immediately tried to help and offered me a few alternative vehicles, but they just weren't quite the right fit for my family's needs at the time. I decided to be patient and wait for better inventory. About two weeks later, I dropped back in, and Stephen went completely above and beyond for me. Even though a large SUV is typically hard to get approved on a dealership recall, Stephen was incredibly accommodating and surprised us with an upgrade to a Chevy Traverse. He expertly handled all the backend details with the dealership so we didn't have to worry about a thing. Thanks to his dedication, my family had a spacious, comfortable, and clean vehicle to drive while we wait for our car to be repaired. And recently our car was done for fixing and we just need to drop at the Toyota and they came to pick up. Very nice and convenient service. Stephen is incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely committed to taking care of his customers. I cannot thank him enough for his help. If you ever need a rental car in Tucson, I highly recommend going straight to Stephen Ruiz!

  Extremely disappointing experience at this Enterprise location. I was refused a rental solely because I had a valid foreign driver's license instead of a U.S. driver's license. I even called Enterprise Customer Service while at the branch and put the call on speaker. Their own representative confirmed that my documentation met Enterprise's requirements and that the branch should rent me the vehicle. Despite hearing this directly, the branch employee still refused to honor the rental. Being denied service despite meeting the company's requirements — specifically because my valid driver's license was issued outside the U.S. — felt discriminatory and completely unacceptable. I have submitted a formal complaint to Enterprise and requested an investigation.
