  This was my first time renting from Enterprise, We hit a snag in my reservation initially but very quickly Tyler Worked to get my issue resolved with great communication via phone. Once I headed into the office, there was a very sweet girl that worked in the location she provided excellent service both when I picked up and returned the vehicle. 100% would recommend they have quality staff and great service!

  Tyler & Katie were amazing. I've unfortunately been in too many rentals lately (dealing with Geico) Enterprise has been nothing but helpful, friendly and all around great to deal with. Even when left alone to deal with all the customers, very attentive and genuinely helpful. If / when I need another rental, I will definitely be going to this location. Thank you for listening and thank you for helping! 100/10 🌟

  Staff phoned day before, listened to my requirements and picked the perfect car. The took the time to explain all complicated features to Grandma and did a through walk through. .

  Better clarification and communication between staff and customer on pricing issue. But overall was satisfied with the outcome. I would like to tell you that her name Cathey or Catherine at the Speedway and Rosemont locations has the utmost exceptional customer service skills Ive ever encountered. She is the reason I was able to understand better my billing issue as well as her empathy and kindness wouldn’t let me get too upset. She can definitely de escalate a situation as well as empathize with the customer. Just her attitude and the amazing vibe she gives has me content and happy as a customer. She definitely deserves recognition somehow, someway. I give 4 stars because I don’t give 5s
