  Absolutely despicable experience here, we set up a reservation prior to arriving and assumed things would go smoothly. We reseved a luxury rental as one was available on the website but they claimed that one wasnt available and put us in a sedan. Afterwards they refused to take my girlfriends debit card without a utility bill... i have never heard of this for something like a rental before and obviously we didnt come with a utility bill. I tried to pay with my credit card since they said that would resolve the issue with the utility bill but that would then change the reservation in my name and we were no longer able to use my gfs insurance. This was the whole point of her setting up the reservation beforehand and i would understand if we walked in but there shouldn't have been anything more to do other than hand over an id and the debit card. Will never be getting a rental from here again and i reccomend going to the many alternative options on ina.

  Trevor made the check-in process quick and easy, making for a great start to my rental experience. Ryan was outstanding. He took the time to show me the car, explain all features and answer my questions. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely personable. Both of them provided excellent customer service, and I would gladly rent a car from this location again. Highly recommend!
