  This location is busy but McKerrow Serrantes was extremely helpful. He was able to multitask under pressure and made sure he accommodated me and got me in and out! He definitely deserves a promotion and I will be back.

  I rented a car from Enterprise for a full month. From day one, the vehicle was unusable — a black car with a poorly working AC in Arizona heat. I immediately requested a swap and was told no cars were available. I called and visited multiple locations every single day for an entire week. Same answer every time: no cars available. No one offered a solution or made any effort to make this right. After two weeks of suffering through unbearable conditions, we had no choice but to return the car early. I called ahead the day before to confirm we'd be returning it and specifically asked whether we'd be refunded the difference between the monthly rate and the daily rate. I was told yes. At check-in, the associate confirmed we'd receive a $614 refund. Two days later, only $214 was returned. That's a $200 discrepancy from what we were explicitly promised. I have called customer service every day for two weeks. Every time, I'm told the issue has been "escalated" to district and regional managers and that someone will call me back. No one ever has. Not once. I am now going to file complaints with the Arizona Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau. This is not a dispute over policy — this is a company that made a specific promise at the time of return and has failed to honor it for over two weeks while stringing me along with empty escalation promises. Zero stars if I could. Go somewhere else to rent a car. And no I'm not going to go to the home page that your going to post here in your response because you don't want to learn anything more about this issue. You've heard about it for two weeks. Why post it offering to help when it's just a link to your chatbots and customer service number that gets you nowhere!

  Been renting a car for road trips here for a decade maybe a dozen times. Always a Great experience. We'll be back either in Oct or March next year
