  Had to rent a vehicle for a few days while mine was getting some work done and Enterprise Rental was amazing! No issues at all and price was reasonable

  I travel for work and rent cars often from many different rental car companies. This location in Tucson was possibly the best Enterprise experience I've ever had! They called about a week ahead to confirm my reservation, which no rental car company has done with me before. Then when I arrived to pick up my car, the car was ACTUALLY ready! I even showed up early anticipating a 20-30 minute wait, but instead I was in and out in about 10 minutes!! This is extremely rare in my experience. The car was a normal Mazda and it was perfect for my needs for the day. I returned it on time and the return was processed quickly. I was just about to call an Uber to get home when Kyle (manager?) stopped me and said that they would give me a ride!! This saved me the time and cost of an Uber and I REALLY appreciated it! Everyone that I interacted with at this location was friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the car was great. Highly, highly recommend renting from this location when you're in Tucson.

  Kyle is truly a gem at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. We had reservations for a pickup truck at two different Enterprise locations from May 23, 2026, through May 31, 2026. After traveling nearly an hour and a half to the first location, we received a call informing us that they did not have, and would not have, the truck we had reserved. I immediately made a reservation at a second location, only to receive another call as we were exiting the interstate telling us they would not have a truck available either. Fortunately, I contacted the Stone Avenue location in Tucson, and they were able to get us into a vehicle, although it was not the truck we originally needed. Thanks to their efforts, we were able to make it to Texas for our grandson’s graduation. While in Texas, we visited two Enterprise locations that refused to assist us. I also contacted the manager at the first location, but unfortunately received no help. Feeling frustrated and out of options, I called the Stone Avenue location again and spoke with Kyle. Kyle immediately understood that the ball had been dropped at several points throughout our rental experience. He took the time to listen, showed genuine concern, and found a solution. He arranged for us to keep our vehicle an extra day and allowed us to return it to a location with after-hours drop-off, ensuring we did not have to cut our trip short. Kyle’s professionalism, compassion, and commitment to customer service turned a very stressful situation into a positive experience. More companies need employees like Kyle—people who truly care and are willing to go above and beyond to help their customers. Thank you, Kyle, for everything you did for me and my family when it felt like no one else wanted to help. Your efforts did not go unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful.

  We needed a larger car for one day to transport my husband to an appointment after he had back surgery. Faith was helpful in finding us an appropriate vehicle. Raul and Kyle were friendly and helpful when I went to pick it up. And Kyle even remembered the situation and asked me how it worked out when I brought the vehicle back. A good experience all-round. Thanks!
