- DJDaniel Judd3 days ago1.0Our experience wasn’t great. Establishment is very tiny and their parking lot is very small and compact. We got a rental as part of the agreement while our truck was in the body shop getting worked on. We live 2 1/2 hours away in New Mexico near the AZ border so it was already a long drive for us. Our rental was supposed to be extended 2 more extra days so the body shop could finish our truck. Even after the insurance company talked to them to get it extended and because it was after the fact that the insurance company didn’t communicate with the place the manager of this establishment apparently refused to honor liberty mutual and ended up charging us the extra days any way. They also gave us a car that was not completely full on gas and when we brought it back with about as much where the fuel gauge sat they decided to charge us fuel because it wasn’t completely full.the other issue we had was I 10 has construction on it and we were traveling at a safe distance behind a semi truck in a single lane and it hit loose gravel and threw a rack which cracked the windshield. Liberty mutual refused to cover it. And so did our insurance with Farm bureau even though we have full coverage with glass repair on our truck. Enterprise apparently refused our insurance and turned us over to their damage department so we could pay $500. So not only did we pay that but we had to pay an extra$130 on top of that. From what I was told management has changed, but I sure would not go back to this place and I will definitely not do any rental car with enterprise ever again.
