  Perry took great care of me. Even got me an uber to enterprise and got me in and out. I was there less than 30 minutes with a car big enough to be comfortable.

  This enterprise branch and its staff has consistently worked to ensure my reservations are handled promptly and, if a particular type is not available, they've always worked to make sure my needs for the rental are met. About the biggest challenge with this spot is the difficulty in getting into or out of the parking lot, but there's not much the staff can do to about altering that.

  My recent experience at Enterprise Tucson Kolb was professional and efficient. All the staff was pleasant, and my reservation made the process go smoothly. I was in and out quickly with the rental vehicle, which was fine without any problems. When I returned the vehicle it was equally quick, which I appreciated because I was short on time. Not having to be concerned with unnecessary procedures is always valued, and will most likely make me choose Enterprise in the future.

  Made a reservation for May 26, 2026 they had no cars when I arrived. Keep in mind I made this reservation a week ahead of time. I waited 35-min they rented me a 2026 gmc suv. I got home and could not lock the doors with the key fob. I was told by my wife to return the car back to enterprise because of the key fob issue. I tried to start the car it would not recognize the key fob. I finally got it to start then returned it. Again no other cars available. I asked Perry the location manager to cancle the reservation that I will go somewhere else. He did. However my $437 authorization was still on hold by AMX. I called my bank and they said the authorization has not been released by Enterprise. I called the next day and asked them to release hold they said Perry was on a day off. I called 800 number and made complaint with Enterprise corporate. Fast forward today Still on hold called my bank AMX they said enterprise still has a hold and won't fall off until the 30th day. 22nd street location has major management problems no follow through. Further they can't fill reservations. I would go to a reputable other location that has a proven track record. Like the airport of s. craycroft location. Looks like I have three weeks to go to get this hold released or it falls off. Don't use ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR S. Kolb Rd.Tucson, AZ
