  I chose Enterprise because we didn't have the time or energy to find the best possible deal or spend hours negotiating. I've also had excellent experiences at all Enterprise locations I've frequented (we rent cars regularly). The actual buying process was very smooth. We were able to do a lot of research online while also having an attentive person to work with in this process. We worked with Matt A. on buying a vehicle. Matt was great. He was very friendly and responsive, and he was really helpful with our questions after our purchase. I did not feel any pressure in car shopping. I initially called about looking at two vehicles on their lot and ended up getting a car transferred from another location. Matt was knowledgeable and clear about what to expect throughout the entire process. I mentioned I didn't want to be contact too much during the waiting process till the vehicle arrived, and he was very respectful of that preference. Matt was transparent about his findings when the vehicle arrived (some delays with a title transfer to Tucson, etc.). The vehicle needed the TPMS sensors replaced, which Enterprise covered and managed very quickly. If you are really looking for the best possible deal and/or are tight on budget, I would probably recommend looking elsewhere. If you are ok paying for peace of mind in the buying process, I would recommend checking out their inventory and weighing your options (including options at other Enterprise locations). Enterprise also has a 12 month or 12k mile powertrain warranty, so that made us feel more comfortable than buying from a private party. Things to keep in mind upon purchasing: I did take our car to our regular mechanic who specializes in Toyotas, and they found that the transmission fluid needed to be replaced, but no other issues. We also paid a locksmith for a spare key since the vehicle only came with one; Matt recommended a locksmith that gave us a discount based on the referral. I was happy with my communication with Matt based on these things after purchasing the car. All in all, satisfied with our experience and highly recommend working with Matt Arriaga in particular. (Side note: their rental office also has fantastic staff. Thank you Susan, Ryan, & Leilani!).

  Purchased a vehicle from Brandon at this location on Speedway in Tucson. I was told I had 7 days to return vehicle which I did return on morning of 4/9/2026. I was toId that a FedEx check would be sent to me in 4-7 days. I paid cash over $27,000.00 and as of today 4/20/2026 nothing has been refunded. Buyer Beware do your homework before you pay in cash. I've called the Enterprise Headquarters in MO to report this incident. I've also been advised to report to BBB and file Complaint with Attorney Generals Office. When I returned vehicle the salesman Brandon Phillips was very rude to me. I took my sister with me as backup. I will never shop for a vehicle at Enterprise and will let others know what my experience was.

  They got good customer service. Highly recommend it to anybody. They would answer all your questions and wash wash and put gas in your tank before you leave Ask for Matt

  My father served on the enterprise so we've always used them for rentals. It was only natural to use them for a great used car
