  I needed to replace my car quickly after it was declared a total loss. Since I had a rental through them, these guys reached out and offered me the opportunity to check out their inventory. I was a little skeptical at first, but they made the process easy! I was able to test-drive two cars of my choice and ended up going with the second one. The price was fair, and the financing process was incredibly fast—one hour tops! My salesman, Brandon, was great! He was helpful throughout the process and was able to get me the lowest interest rate available. They also made things even more convenient by allowing me to drop off my rental car right there at the dealership. So far, I’m very happy with my new car and the overall experience. They made what could have been a stressful process smooth and hassle-free. Definitely a positive experience!

  Was a mixed experience. The salesperson was attentive and as honest as he was able to be given restraints imposed on him by oily management. Firstly, so much for the “price is the price, no haggling speal” that Enterprise pedals. They tried very hard to completely renege on the trade in figure they offered and presented to me on their computer screen by hundreds of dollars. I was having none of it, despite the manager attempting to split hairs and wriggle out of their solemn word..and this was not until the funds had gone through, after which they will penalize you by 200 bucks. Stick to your guns when dealing with this company. Secondly, plan on spending considerably beyond the stated lowest price they give you, taxes, tags title and so forth. No spare key is provided. Not a big ask. You’ll spend between 350 and 850 for a spare key from a locksmith or dealer. Their bumper to bumper inspection also leaves much to be desired. The windshield wipers were dry rotted —something I discovered in the rare Arizona rain. Another 35 dollars gratuitously thrown away. If you do business with them, STAND YOUR GROUND. Then, and only then, will you get a good deal.

  Brandon Phillips was an exceptional car salesman! I already made up my mind about purchasing a car Enterprise had on the lot, the next steps were to make the transaction as smooth as possible, and Brandon did just that! He answered all my questions (some even multiple times) and I left the lot with my new car feeling happy with my purchase!
